The Sun XVR-100 graphics accelerator is a low-cost solution for users in technical markets requiring 2-D, 24-bit color graphics. Based on an ATI Radeon 7000 chipset and featuring 32 MB of DDR SDRAM, the 33-/66-MHz, 64-bit Sun XVR-100 graphics accelerator is an ideal replacement for its predecessor, the Sun PGX64 graphics board.
In addition to dual-display support through a single board, the Sun XVR-100 graphics accelerator has 24-bit support for resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 @ 75 Hz. Supported systems include the Sun Blade 150, 1500, and 2000 workstations and PCI-based Sun Fire servers. Most systems can support up to four Sun XVR-100 graphics accelerators.
