Business Continuity Program Overview

Program Introduction

CDW is committed to safeguarding coworkers and maintaining a resilient enterprise for its customers and partners. Out of this commitment, CDW has established Business Continuity as a top priority for the organization. This page is intended to provide an overview of CDW’s program and associated resources.

Program Governance & Support

CDW has established program governance which is in line with industry standards and best practices. The program is supported by a dedicated business continuity team, executive committee sponsor, steering oversight committee and a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).

Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)

The GSOC provides around the clock management of both internal and external threats to CDW’s assets and operations including vendors, partners and supply chain. The GSOC plays a vital role in communicating event information and coordinating resources in support of CDW’s Business Continuity Program.

Program Components

CDW’s program includes policies, BIAs (Business Impact Analysis) and recovery plans which are tested annually. Plans, policies, and procedures are subject to third-party audits as part of CDW's annual certifications.
