AppleCare service permits support through emails and phone calls for matters such as server migration, integration and other operational issues. The AppleCare OS 1-year support license allows for unlimited 24/7 customer desk contact. High-priority issues, such as a server down, receive responses within an hour, ensuring redundancy is at the minimum. AppleCare support provides tools including downloadable diagnostics for AppleCare tech training and Mac® hardware. Six people can access the tech support for incidences such as hardware and software troubleshooting and software launch and use. The sharing comes in handy to minimize the annual costs of IT employees in an organization.
With time, Apple® support sends a technical engineer to do an onsite review and assigns a dedicated account manager during the validity period of the Alliance support to provide a personalized experience. This one-year license covers most Apple applications and tools.
