Truly Impressed
Overall, it's fast scanning scanner with a great OCR performance. The quality of the scanned image is great and the software is packed with so many features to adjust according to your task.
I am really impressed with the quality and performance of this scanner. I am currently using a scanner from a well-know brand and this scanner proved to do an equally great job on almost every aspect of scanning, and surpassed on some aspects.
OCR quality is one of my top criteria to judge the performance. It is as accurate as it can get and I didn't see any mistakes with the many documents I scanned. The quality of the picture is awesome as well. I scanned some pages from a textbook and I could hardly notice it's a scan and not an original PDF if I didn't know beforehand.
The only area it was kind of lacking was to white out the edges of the paper even when the relate setting was marked in the software.
Overall, I do recommend it with confidence.

So easy to use
I absolutely love this scanner. It is so easy to setup and get connected to it. It works super fast and easy to use. All my documents come crystal clear in my computer. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a scanner.

Good Quality
Great quality scanner. It's perfect for my home office & when my friends need to use it for school, etc. It's easy to set assemble and connects quickly to my Wi-Fi. Doesn't take up too much space either!

My new Brother Professional Desktop Scanner for Business Workgroups ADS-4300N is awesome! It was so easy to set up and install. It is so easy to use and great quality. I use it for work and also for personal use. It is by far the best scanner I have ever used!

Great scanner!
This scanner is perfect for my taxidermy business to also my classroom! It scans papers easy and gives me the file. No more paper mess but I still have all the documents that I need! I would recommend this scanner to any teacher or business looking to get a document scanner to easy paper load.

Amazing scanner!
The Brother Professional Desktop Scanner is great! It makes working from home 1000% easier. Setup was fairly easy and didn’t take much time. Now I can scan things in black and white and color directly to my computer. Definitely a great resource that I be using often!

Easy set up and scans quickly
Running a small business, we have many vendors that still do not provide digital receipts. These receipts quickly build up and I'm left with hours of manual scanner. The Brother desktop scanner quickly scans these receipts and saved them on my desktop. The feeder loads up to 80 pages at a time and I can just set it and forget it. It scans color and black and white with either a usb cable or through wifi.
The unit is small and the size of a large toaster. I highly recommend this for any small business owner.

Great Scanner!
The Brother Desktop Scanner works great! I can scan large documents quickly. I love that it scans double-sided! It was fairly easy to set up and is very user friendly. It doesn’t take up much desk space either, which is a plus. The images it produces are clear and crisp. Overall, I am very pleased with my new scanner!

Quickly scan documents - great for purging papers!
The Brother pro scanner is perfect for eliminating piles of paperwork! I have been using this to scan boxes of papers that my mom considers "important" to keep. This scanner was easy to setup and connect to, and it scans quickly and accurately. I couldn't be more pleased. My workflow - create folders (directories for the purpose of the paper, scan to pdf and place in proper folder, teach mom how to find them!

Great for digitizing of paper forms!
I used this scanner to digitize the mountain of paper forms I have for my company, and it worked like a charm with both letter and legal size paper. I’m so happy to have this scanner, as it saved me time, money, AND space that was taken up with piles of paper with little organization.

Works Great!
I got this for my fiancée and her new job. She's very old school and likes to write and highlight everything, so I thought this would help her out so she can scan her notes and then share them with colleagues and store them on her shared drive, keeping everything secure and digital for when she needs it. This will allow her to not have to carry a huge notebook with her when she travels to meet clients too.
Needless to say, it works better than expected and she loves it! The setup was quick and easy too.

Wonderful Product
This is perfect for my husbands office. It sits perfectly on the side of his desk, it holds about 70 sheets of paper and it scans and prints out pretty fast. It was easy to set up and worked wonderfully.

Simple yet has plenty of features
This thing is really cool. It has just what I need, particularly the double sided scan. It's easy and quick to setup. It runs nice and fast so you can process many documents at once. You can't go wrong with this scanner

I absolutely love this scanner!! Set up was a breeze and super easy to connect t!! The quality of the picture is great! Perfect for our small farming / cattle business! My kids use it as well for school as well!! Definitely recommend!

Not great for business!
I use this scanner for my business. I have had to get a replacement under warranty in May 2024 and then had to get another replacement in July 2024. On top of that Brother's receiving department can't seem to find the returned machines, even though I have receipts and conformations they were received.
