They work well, and last longer, but my printer does not know that they have more ink than a normal cartridge, and does not really reflect the actual amount of ink I have left. Buying direct from Canon was a big disappointment for me. It took much longer to get my cartridges than other mail-order places. Plus, they were not sent together, which made me think you got my order wrong.

My ongoing complaint with any cartridge replacement is the price. Ink should not cost this much, it's sometimes cheaper to buy a new printer than replace the cartridges. We don't need to fill the landfills with used printers. It's only ink, stop trying to make a huge profit on it from your loyal customers.

The ink was fine; however, the ordering process forced me to accept 1000 sheets of 4x6 photo glossy paper with the order. I now have a 10-lb. box of paper I don't need and want to send back.

Not very happy with only approx. 30 pages of color prints , and for the price of the cartridge I feel it should do more, so much for that.

About a 3rd of the way through the painting, that brush is shot - bristles sticking out in all directions. The paintbrushes I just purchased are better quality and different sizes so you have a choice. Just what i needed!!

Additionally, while the shipping was on Cannon, just as an FYI, 2 small ink cartridges & a package of paper came in a huge box. did not seem truly cost effective either.

I purchased a new Canon printer that uses 'fine' print cartridges to solve the problem. Replacing the print heads each time I get new ink cartridges should solve the problem and save me money by not wasting ink.

The thing I like best is that it doesn't just stop printing when it decides the ink is gone - I can keep going if I am willing to accept reduced quality. I had a printer from some other brand that made this decision for me, and that infuriated me. I don't want a printer to substitute its judgement for mine!

After replacing the printer (Canon MG3520 I have always bought Canon ink cartridges and have never had a problem with them. I have had two paper jams (my fault) and was able to unjam them with no damage to printer. Highest praise for product.
