Overall a solid docking station.
Overall a solid docking station, much better than previous versions. The cable that plugs into your computer actually has some decent length. Still have the occasional issue of having to reboot the laptop once or twice for the external monitors to start displaying but not as often as with the previous versions. Gradually replacing all the old models with this.

Don't forget to Patch your Dock!
Its a dock that requires its own BIOS and driver updates... In the end it does get the job done.

Worked great and was pretty easy to setup
This docking station worked well and the product was shipped quickly and I had no issues. however, I've been working with a docking station setup for several years so I was very familiar with how it should be plugged in and working. There were very little instructions/guides so I'm thinking someone who has never had a docking station would be very confused but they did provide a support website for more instructions if needed.

Great Dock from Dell!
Docking station is great with the many ports and power it provides. I am able to connect multiple monitors and accessories to the one dock and have them all work without any issues. CDW also processed and delivered the dock in record time. Always a great experience shopping with CDW!!

Great Thunderbolt Docking Station
We have half a dozen of these. They work great with laptops that have a new USB-C port supporting video. We have had people bring in brand new lower cost laptops, but were unable to use these. After checking specs, they all have limited function USB-C ports, and require a different docking station. We have had a couple people break the USB-C connector that attaches to the laptop. It's carelessness, but something to warn end users about. We've started wrapping the end of the USB-C cable with scotch tape to add some strength, and that has worked.

Small, portable, easy to use. Did not allow me to view on 3 screens though.
This worked well to project to two external monitors, but I was not able to view my laptop at the same time as my two external monitors. So this did not work the way I had hoped. It is very small and portable, which is very nice.

Dell Dock WD19S Review
I continue to purchase these units because they are compatible with the different Laptop models we purchase.
The only real issue I have seen is when we lose building power temporarily. When this happens, I will have to disconnect and reconnect the AC Adapter because the units do not power on correctly.
