Those red lines aren't lights
The camera quality is good.
I really thought those red lines are lights to indicate the camera is on.
There is no light on the camera to indicate that it is on

Maybe we were unsure how these were supposed to mount at first. I think we figured it out after we requested returns. Will try a different webcam when i can get into a store to really examine how they feel and mount, etc.

camera is good but I had trouble finding where to plug it in. Your technical support said it should go in the back of the modume but there were no empty places. A friend finally told me to put it in the front as that was the only USB available. I haven't really used it yet but he did & it worked.

i like that this webcam has adjustable focus, but the bult-in mic is trash. you're better off buying a separate microphone. overall the quality is fine. not amazing, not bad either.

Very Disappointed ! I bought this to use with my Dell desktop for Zoom meetings
. Picture quality is 'okay', but could be better. Problem with voice quality from microphone. People can hear me but barely understand what I am speaking due to distortion. Dell support suggestions did not to fix this issue. Went back to using my old laptop.
This Webcam is now sitting on my desk collecting dust.

Great camera but poor mic
The camera is pretty good, but mic is really poor sound quality. I was hoping for a two for one, will need to look at a puck for a headset-free video call.

Way too bright
Brightness on the camera is out of whack causing my face to basically be a white washed out circle. No drivers or utilities to adjust the brightness. Completely unusable.

This is nowhere near being a quality web camera. However for the money the value is quite reasonable. For low-light situations this particular unit is unacceptable. For normal light conditions it is fairly good.

Reliable and affordable option
Reliable and affordable. Had to download the specific driver for the H3 as the generic one that comes with it resulted in no microphone setting on two of our computers. We purchased a block of ten to expand our zoom and go to meeting capabilities across a variety of windows machines.

Solid Camera, but May Take a Couple Tries
Product works great- only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the original product I purchased was faulty, blurry, and was digitized; after returning it and receiving my 2nd web cam I have had no issues.
Only reason I'm at all salty is because Dell had me send back the faulty one at my own expense.

Camera is a no brainer just plug in and adjust and Voila! Excellent for the workplace. I work for Ford of Canada and this is perfect I would highly recommend!

Cannot use Zoom backgrounds effectively
I cannot use any Zoom backgrounds. This camera does not properly integrate my image. It fades my face into the background image, and my supervisor said that I look like Predator using his invisibility. I am not at all satisfied.
Without using a background, the resolution is very clear and has a clear response time.
But I would very much prefer using a Zoom background.

This camera was completely plug and play. The video is very good. I was skeptical about the mount but it does fi on my monitor with out moving. I would recommend this camera to any of my friends that may need one.

when ordering it said 1080 but i got a 720.. i cant return cuz its a work thing and i can miss work due to this error...
the camera is ok.. it has detection errors and the trimming software isnt the best.. if u have gaps of space between you/your focus it its smooth and you can see the background..
other than thasts its alright.. i dont know about sound cuz i use a head set
