Very unhappy with apc
I have had four smaller APC backup units fail (almost all at the same time) and after contacting customer service to complain, they have not even offered to replace one. After all of the money that I spend on APC products since the late 80's you would think they would simply take care of me. But they haven't. Their products aren't even close to what they used to be. And their warranty might as well be printed on toilet paper. I feel I have no voice. I am disgusted.

Excellent customer service
Was unable to track my order at first, called customer service and they were very helpful. Assisted me with tracking my order quickly and followed up to see if I had received my order. Great customer service department. My order arrived as promised on the tracking information and the replacement battery was easy to replace.
