Nice, convenient, and great usage
I got this as part of a product review and like the adapability with multiple plug outlets along with USB charging. I like the fact that you can move the outlets from the front to the sides. It's really easy to plug in and use.

Neat and compact with great USB ports
The SurgeArrest with Rotating Outlet is a compact and a convenient-to-use surge protector. There is a reassuring green LED on the front to indicate that protecting is working. I've used APC products for decades, and I can say that I'm completely satisfied with the protection that they've given my computers and other electronic devices.
The main reason why the SurgeArrest with Rotating Outlet appealed to me is that it hangs on the wall. There is screw to secure it to the outlet. It can replace the switch plate. The rotating outlets are clever. I leave them pointed left and right to better fit behind furniture.
There are 4 rotating outlets and 2 USB ports that provide 3.4 Amps. of power. I have a Surface Go that can be powered from its USB-C port. Most USB chargers do not provide enough power to run the Surface Go, and charge the battery at the same time. These ports can, which is excellent!
My only complaint with the SurgeArrest with Rotating Outlet is the orientation of the outlets and the position of the USB ports. The fact that the outlets rotate is cool, and they work great for normal plugs. However, A/C adapters that hang from the outlet, hang outwards, which prevent a piece of furniture from being pushed back to the wall. I wish the outlets were turned 90 degrees, so that A/C adapters would hang up or down. Similarly, I wish the USB ports were in the sides, where they would not prevent furniture from being pushed back all the way.
Overall, I think that the SurgeArrest with Rotating Outlet is great for a desk or other location. Mounting it directly on the outlet, means there are no extra unsightly cords around the desk or table.

Great Suppressor Outlet
So far I love this outlet. I like the ability to have 2 USB outlet locations without having to fill up an AC outlet location. Also the ability to have the AC outlets swivel independently is very handy. And have not had any surge issues

USB and electrical Outlets all in One!!
Received this surge protector about a week ago. What I like about this type of APC protector is the built in USB ports. My phone seems to charge faster without a plug. Outstanding product and an additional feature is the outlets that rotate, so it your cord goes downward, it does not put strain on it.

Something Different
Using this item in a shop. It's handy for charging laptop or tablet. These days so much info is reviewed via the Internet. I like the surge protection and the rotating outlets. Makes it handy to have numerous things plugged in. Also, appreciate the surge protection for sensitive equipment.

Excellent Device!
I've had this for about 3 weeks now and it has performed flawlessly. Its profile allows it to rest under my desk easily, and the rotating outlets accomodate the plugs perfectly. The USB ports are a bonus, allowing me to charge my phone faster than plubbing it into my laptop. I'd highly recommend this surge protector/plug in.

Perfect for limited space
The rotating outlets (4) plus 2 USB charging ports make this unit a convenient addition to our kitchen area. Items with bulky adapters no longer take up the whole block. Most importantly, you know you are getting reliable surge protection from a company with a professional reputation in power devices.

Versatal and Useful
We found the rotating outlets to be very useful. It allows us to put multiple sized devices into a smaller foot print. The USB ports are an added bonus. We would recommend this APC Essential SurgeArrest 4 Rotating Outlet Wall Tap to everyone.

Probably just what you need!
This surge protector plugs into a duplex outlet and then offers (4) conventional NEMA 5-15R type connections with hinged mountings which allow each outlet to rotate to accommodate ungainly “wall-wort” power supplies for laptops, notebooks, tablets, etc. Or, you can use one of the (2) 5VDC, 3.4A USB connections for direct charging of your phones! It’s very well designed and is constructed of good materials to last for years.

Bedside Powerhouse!!
This product is now the "Essential" bedside outlet for the entire family. With 4 outlets and additional USB charging, I'm never going to be without a fully charged device when I wake up in the morning. The wife even picked one up for use in the bathroom and she can now power the hair dryer, curling iron, flat iron, while using the USB's for a blue tooth speaker and phone at the same time.

Really useful device.
I attached this multi-connection surge protection and USB power device on an outlet on our kitchen island. It has been a perfect solution for the devices (cell phones, hearing aid charger, iPad, etc.) that we so often attach at our island. We have two island outlets, one with a ground-fault interrupter (GFI) and another that is a slave to the first outlet. The multi-device adapter had to be attached to the slave because you cannot attach it over a GFI outlet. Not a probnlem, but something to note for those trying to choose a good place to install.

Works great! Looks great! Great quality!
All at a very reasonable price. The plug-ins being adaptable are what sold us, and we are very happy.
