Magic Mouse 2 is Amazing
Magic Magic 2 is probably the best mouse I've used. Easy-to-use, reliable, and well designed. 5 stars.

Great but a little touchy
Mouse is great, it gives much of the touch features of the trackpad. My only complaint is the mouse is thin so there isn't a great place to put your fingers so I often end up accidentally scrolling

Horrible Mouse
Worst mouse I've ever used, I swear it has a mind of its own. Terrible, it would start scrolling in any 4 directions...

Nice mouse - now with no battery replacement!
I had the previous magic mouse and had to replace the batteries a bit too often. When the bluetooth connection started failing on that mouse (about 2 years later) I bought this new magic mouse 2. Everything seems the same, except it uses the usb recharging cord instead of batteries. I love that feature! No more hunting down the "keeper-of-the-batteries" lady in the office. All the other great features are there still, like my favorite the touch-sensitive top. I use this for business all day, then gaming at night. It's a quality-designed product and I hope it lasts longer than my last mouse. The only issue I have (and it's a small issue) is that I can't charge and use the mouse at the same time since the charging port is on the bottom.

Very nice product
I replaced my logitec thumball mouse with the Apple Magic mouse and have been nothing short of amazed. The hardware alone shows that this is a well made product. I love how the scroll options work and it was very easy to use and set up. I love it!

Rechargable mouse 2 is better than battery mouse 1
This new mouse appears to be an improvement over the previous mouse but I'm still testing to see how it performs over the long term.
Some notable differences:
* the slide rails (making contact with desktop or mouse pad) is much slicker, my keyboard tray has a slight slant to it and this mouse slides off when I take my hand off it (moving the cursor with it)
* the "click" requires a little more force, perhaps they were trying to ensure accidental clicks don't happen but I didn't have a problem with my previous mouse having too "light" a click. I'm getting used to it.
* rechargable battery, the removable tray underneath for the replacement batteries is no longer there (or needed). That tray in the previous mouse had a tendency to bend to the weight of the battery, that is no longer an issue.
* rechargeable battery plug-in is on the base of the mouse, meaning, you can't use the mouse while it's recharging. Not sure Jobs would have approved this design if he was still with us but it is what it is.
Otherwise, it appears to be exactly the same size and shape as the previous one.

Good overall
The magic mouse works well & holds a charge quite well. I enjoy the way the mouse looks, but it is a bit thin & feels fragile and when I use for long projects, my hand cramps a bit. Nice to be able to charge with USB port too. Would be nice if mouse could be used while charging, but that is not possible due to location of charging port. Good thing this mouse charges quickly. I like it overall & would recommend.

It's the standard mouse for a new Mac... what can you say?
I find some people either really like the Magic Mouse, or they're just enough of a purist so they don't want their expensive new Mac using a mish-mash of third party products. This is the one to get for people in either of those two camps. Best thing about this second revision over the original is the built-in rechargeable battery pack. Just attach to the (included) USB to Lightning cable while it's hooked up to a computer or powered USB hub (or any kind of charging brick or AC adapter made for USB connected devices) to recharge it, and you're all set.
Personally? I find the Magic Mouse somewhat uncomfortable to use. The aluminum sides sort of press/cut into the palm of your hand while working with it and the thing generally feels like you're moving around a slightly used bar of soap. The supposed "magic" of it is the ability to do all the multi-touch gestures right on the top of it. That works .... but again, I'm just not a big fan. I go between Macs and Windows PCs often enough so I don't have all the odd multi-finger gestures memorized to use them efficiently. And sometimes, I find they get in the way, accidentally doing actions you didn't mean to do.
My own all time favorite mouse has been the Logitech model, currently branded as "MX Performance Laser mouse". One of the most comfortable mice to use, ever, in my opinion - and you can assign all of its buttons to do different things in OS X, if you like. But then, that's not Bluetooth either ....

Sleek
The Apple Magic mouse is a perfect compliment to your Mac. Simple to use, easy to setup. Just wish the lighting port wasn't on the bottom of the mouse. But the battery life is outstanding so that is a little nit picky

Magic mouse fits into the palm of your hand as if it were a natural extension
Magic Mouse II paired easily with my MacBook Pro and delivered a rich set of trackpad featured into my hand. Swipe left and right and mission control can be readily accessed with a two finger swipe or tap, respectively.
When using my dev tools, I was a bit confused when my navigator floating action menus stopped responding when I Right-Clicked. This was easily resolved by selecting the "Secondary click" option in the Magic Mouse settings.
For me, the Magic Mouse II delivers style, capabilities and value.

Nice Replacement Mouse
The mouse itself is great. I got it as a back up, as the original one I have had a battery explode inside. I managed to clean it up and it works, but who knows for how long. I must say the delivery time was well beyond the expected 3-5 business days. DHL is not quick.

Expecting more
Too small for my large hand. It doesn't feel natural and moving the cursor with precision proved to be difficult. Other than that I like the gestures feature and that it doesn't use battery. The design is also very neat.

Sleek design but miss middle click
Amazing minimalist design.
Features like scroll left right, zoom-in zoom out are an upgrade to traditional mouse.
My only complaint is that there is no central click.
In traditional mouse scroller can be clicked and can be used to paste from clipboard. I wish there was some configurable option to do so.

Go-to mouse
This is our go-to mouse in the office. They work great. If you haven't ever used a magic mouse before, it can be a little bit of a learning curve, but they're great at what they do. Knocking points down on design as you have to charge it on the bottom of the mouse meaning you can't use the mouse while it's charging, and ease of use just because if you haven't used one before, it has a bit of a learning curve.

Not for people who rest fingers on the mouse as they move it around
While the Apple Magic Mouse 2 is a sleek, neat looking mouse I am not a fan. The lesson learned is this mouse is not for people who rest fingers on the mouse as they move it around. The Apple Mouse has swipe left and right functions that, even when turned off using the settings, can cause the screen to shift one way or another. For example, in email, instead of opening an email it could end up showing you options to Flag or Archive if your finger is on the mouse and even slightly moves left or right. Keep in mind that resting a finger on the mouse is the cause...so the mouse does what it is supposed to do, it's just an annoyance for me as I tend to rest my index finger on the mouse when I move it around. If you're not a finger-rester then you should be fine with this mouse.

Must have this Mouse
This a must have for your MacBook Air or Pro I've had a few and the Magic Mouse 2 is the best.
Pros: tap to zoom, left click, right click, swipe left, swipe right, touch scroll, and Bluetooth.
Cons: Charging Port Placement
Apple you need to fix this

Great features...but definitely different than the trackpad experience.
If you prefer working with an Apple mouse, this one works great! That said, I was transitioning from working directly off of the MacBook Air and was quite comfortable using the trackpad. As such, it has taken me quite some time to get used to using the Apple Magic Mouse 2. With the Magic Mouse 2, you can swipe left / right, double tap to zoom in / out, etc...which is a little tricky to get used to. It's quite sensitive! Of course, you can adjust the sensitivity of the mouse...but if you're familiar with the trackpad experience, the Magic Mouse takes some getting used to. I've been debating on whether or not I should purchase the external Apple trackpad for those reasons.
