Rated 5 out of 5 by from Asus Review I got my Asus laptop as a christmas gift and honestly it’s really great, the battery life goes for around 5-6 hours which is enough time for some people, the battery settings on it allow you to go for max performance for things like gaming or a better battery for more time on your laptop. My Asus generally runs most of the things i do without any real problems and that’s a shock since people usually think that a low price means a bad product but the price for this should honestly be higher.

I consistently have to turn off the calculator on my mouse pad as my hand turns it one when I type. I don't understand why ASUS did not have an option to permanently turn off the calculator. Very poor model computer.

Issue 1 - The laptop will enlarge or shrink on it's own. This happens no matter what I am doing on the computer. Be it on the internet, working on a Excel spreadsheet, working on a MS Word document or just playing a game. The agent tried to get me connected to your 'on line' correction section without success and I was left hanging. They did not bother the re-connect or contact me. YOU DO NOT PROBIDE ENOUGH SPACE FOR ME TO CONTINUE THIS LET ALONE GET INTO THE SECOND ISSUE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible product and even worse customer support The first one that I purchased stopped working because the keys went inactive, I returned that one for a replacement. The replacement had no audio. I followed the steps on their webpage, that information was ineffective. I reached out to their chat line, only to be placed on hold for at least 30 minutes after the typist informed me that I should wait while they reviewed my issues although I never had the chance to explain my issues. After extensive research I found a telephone number to customer support, I was in contact with a person who sounded like he was in an echo chamber. After I informed him that I was having difficulties understanding him because of the echo, he assured me that he would call me back immediately. I waited for about ten minutes before I called back on my other phone. The person who answered the phone was rude and curt while talking to me. After three long holds for her to reach out to another person for assistance she gave me instructions that ultimately made matters worse. The third time that she placed me on an extensive hold she returned to tell me that the methods that she told me to follow that made matters worse could not be fixed by them and that I needed to reach out to Microsoft to see if they could assist me. She then rushed off of the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ASUS Customer Service I just bought the Asus L510 from Amazon a few days ago, and checked the warranty status and noticed that it did not match my purchase date. I contacted ASUS to assist with updating my warranty, and I was expecting a bit of a challenge to process since oftentimes that's what you experience and trying to reach out to certain companies (tech, etc.). But absolutely not! The customer service representatives say that they would get back to me the next day with updated information on my case, and they did so. They got back to me the next day and updated all the information according to my purchase date. It was resolved so simply, I was impressed!

I have yet to dig and play with it as I received the laptop two days prior to school stating but am in love with the product. Ir comes with McAfee and 365 and works with apps and especially start up. Quick and fast.

This was a wonderful purchase in my opinion and a decent price and a great upgrade in my life. I’m pleased with my purchase by all means necessary.
