The ROG Strix Scar 15 (2022) G533 laptop features a 12th generation Intel® Core® i9-12900H CPU and can handle tasks that require large amounts of processing power. It is great for home entertainment as well as events intended for gamers, such as e-sports tournaments.

Designed with an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3080 Ti GPU, the ASUS® ROG Strix SCAR 15 G533ZX-XS96 can run games and other programs that have a high level of graphical quality. It comes with a pre-installed version of Windows® 11 Pro® and can run most modern software. Run multiple programs at once with the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 gaming laptop, which features DDR5 RAM. The integrated Thunderbolt 4 port allows for fast data transfer between the computer and any connected devices. It also provides the opportunity to hook up an external display. The 15.6-inch gaming laptop has a 1TB SSD that can hold a large number of files.

I chose the ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR 15 because of the Nvidia graphics card, Intel processor and Thunderbolt 4 port. I have only been using it for about a month but it is handling everything I throw at it and doing it very quickly.

I have had Asus Routers, and Mice, and Keyboards, Motherboards, etc. but I've never had a gaming laptop. I am blown away at how fast this is, how good the graphics are and the overall value. I really am in love with it. I bought an 8TB m.2 drive and it fits nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very quick startup !! This Laptop is a fantastic upgrade from my MSI Windows 10. It has Windows 11 Pro, with a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H 2.50 GHZ, 64 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD Drive, RTX 3080Ti 16 GB graphic card up from my old 970 card. I haven't done much gaming yet. It is liquid cooled and no noticeable sound from the fans. I'm not much of a touchpad user which caused me to reset the PC back to factory defaults. I bought a new mouse which is much better now. I'm still confused with what Microsoft has done with Windows 11 so it's going to take some time. I like the Asus Apps that were installed. Helps a bit with learning this monster ! Only thing I miss is this didn't come with a camera. All in all I'm so glad I decided to purchase this. Also I am receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for my feedback. Thanks guys and gals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gaming Beast! I purchased this laptop about three weeks ago after my previous laptop from an undisclosed manufacturer started to fail on me. I am pleasantly surprised by the power and the graphics which this laptop is capable. The quality and attention to detail is evident as soon as you take it out of the box. The ROG Strix Scar 15 is one of the best, if not the best, gaming laptops out there. I am still swooning over it and would recommend it to anyone who just wants a flawless experience with gaming (MMORPG in my case). I like additional features that come with the laptop such as the back-lit number keyboard on the trackpad. Some people may not like that a webcam comes with this model, but I think that is a feature. I am not the most technically savvy person out there. I just know that I want a smooth and flawless experience when I am gaming. The ROG Strix Scar 15 goes above and beyond. I am well pleased with this purchase!

Great graphics, love the keyboard lighting in colors, and thou I like games this is perfect for everything i.e. stream movies, touchscreen browsing a plus and tell the truth this is way better than a desktop period!

This softwares are heavy load and process tons of data in a relative short ammount of time. The ROG Strix is working perfectly, no crashes, no interruptions just perfect. Recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from G634JZ-XS96 Closest match to purchased laptop. Reviewed laptop model in title. Performance is great when stable. Screen likes to blank out sometimes, mostly when changing from performance to boost. The mode change is triggered when you plug in the power supply. Coil noise can definitely be heard but doesn't bother me much. Runs very cool. For the price I would expect smoother and quicker response times. Not happy with the default ram shipped with unit. At this price point the ram frequency should be higher and the built in camera should be higher resolution. The keyboard picks up oil extremely easy (even with clean hands) and requires regular cleaning. Build materials could be slightly better. Other than that, its pretty solid but only worth it if you have money to throw away. Oh and the keyboard lighting is not consistent. It changes modes and goes out about once every 5 reboots which is way bad. You have to go in and change settings to get it back to what it should be.
