I have now gone through three packages of labels in the last month and not one has worked. The backing paper feels different. Something was changed and now they don't work.

I usually have to use white out or try to remove the old label, which almost always ruins the file folder I am renaming. It saves me time and allows me to recycle my old office products instead of ruining them. I LOVE this product!!

I love how I can print magnets too. There are so many products to choose from. I buy them just for fun and to have around for when I might need them.

I was so tired of it. When these came out, it was great. Now you cover that bad-boy up and never have to worry about the top label being the only one visible!!

No other labels offer the quality or selection that Avery consistently offers. In the past, I've also used the Avery software which is very good too. I had been printing the labels on regular paper, but had to tape all around the labels to affix to package. With the samples I received in the mail, which have adhesive on the backs, made my mailings way easier and looks professional (unlike the labels with tape all over them). Sent our girl friday out to purchase more immediately! Life is good.

After receiving a sample of TrueBlock shipping labels in the mail from Avery, I'm hooked. They are so easy to use, come in every size I need and truly block out previous labels. I have been using these labels for almost 4 years now and we have tried to cut costs by using the generic labels or going through a company that deals strictly in labels, NOT THE WAY TO GO! These labels are BY FAR the best, no jamming, no smearing and no issues whatsoever! Avery may cost more but the old saying is true 'You get what you pay for". I will never use those cheap, generic labels again, they constantly jam and smear my print jobs! Avery is the way to go!!

With the block out technology they can cover anything, plus are extra durable. We have room to place all of our pertinent information such as destroy dates that are years away. They are large enough to be read from a distance too. With two labels to a sheet they are fairly economical too.

The label is opaque, so nothing shows from behind them. They are also VERY durable and the adhesive is strong. I would definitely recommend this product.

Instead of running out in the rain on Saturday morning I was able to load the labels into my printer and print out the label I needed. When the postman came that afternoon I ran my box out to him and ... off it went without standing in line at the post office for 30 minutes!! I can't wait to use them again!!

The touch just feels like business class. They pass through my printer like plain paper without jams. I have not heard that they arrive at their desitnation peeling off. These stick tight. Even to bubble envelopes with uneven surfaces. I am certain that my customers really feel like they bought from a trusted seller. Best of all? My major shippers default print to the 5126 label. Everyone knows that trying to rip off a lable is frustrating and makes a mess with little bits. But these labels allow you just put a new one over the old! NOTHING showed through!

It is now impossible to tell which side you have to print on without handling each and every sheet to determine how to put it into the printer - that costs a lot in wasted time, and that translate into money. With these easy to use Avery TrueBlock shipping labels we can use those boxes instead of adding to the landfill. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Single Label Printing not working I use the 5126 labels to print shipping labels on a Brother HL-L234ODW laser printer. I only print one label at a time, so only half of the sheet is printed with each print job, and it may be a day or two before the other side is used. I re-insert the half-used page, turning it around for the next print job, but whenever I try to print on the other half the page ends up being smeared upon output. This is frustrating as I am basically trashing half of the labels simply because I don't print a full page with each job. Any ideas how this can be fixed?

The labels I used for this review did not include a product number. I received a sample for laser and a sample for inkjet printers; however, I couldn't tell which one I was using. That said, the paper for each is bright and heavy, it peeled easily from the backing, and the ink didn't smear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Label I use Avery labels all of the time for mailing and file organization. I would buy no other brand. The templates are so easy to use. The label with true block is very handy allowing me to reuse shipping materials and save money too. I use a laser printer and have never had a problem printing on Avery labels. I specifically like the size of the Avery Trueblock label, allows large enough space to clearly print long addresses and completely covers old shipping info underneath. A great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much better than generic I have used both the generic versions of these shipping labels and the Avery version. The Avery version is superior - hands down. The Avery label easily goes through my printer without the labels peeling off and without the stiff paper getting jammed. The labels easily cover up old labels on packages without previous shipping information showing through. The generic labels consistently don't cover up the old shipping information completely. Best of all, when I apply the label to the package, it doesn't feel as if it is going to come off somewhere in the postal system. Generic labels don't give me that same level of comfort.

We are a brand new department in our school and needed our own mailing labels and have not had the time nor money to pay for printing new ones yet as we are tightly budgeted. These labels were the perfect solution - I was able to easily import our logo and fill in our address to use on packages, etc. Excellent product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shipping Labels for PayPal and E-Bay I use these half sheet labels to ship items that I've sold on E-Bay, Etsy, etc. I also use them for Click n'Ship through the U.S. Postal Service. The only thing that could make them better is to have 1 label on the sheet that is self adhesive, and the other part of the sheet plain paper (for the receipt).

They will not use/recycle boxes that have previous labels on them or ones that look like they've had them scratched off. With these new Trueblock labes we can cover up the old labels and no one knows, which makes recycling these boxes a breeze and keeps everyone happy. Trueblock labels are now our labels of choice.

The black out of information underneath the label allows us to reuse envelopes that would normall be thrown away or look very bad with black lines trying to hide old information. I would most definately recommended and use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TrueBlock really works I got these as a sample. This label claims to block the existing labels. So I wanted to see if this claim is true. It is! The labels look like other avery labels except it has TruBlock technology. I like these because I am able to reuse my old shipping boxes or envelopes without having to remove those existing labels. I usually have a hard time removing those labels. I really like this product.

Really blocked out the print on the old label. Saved me loads of time since I didn't have to peel off the old label. And old labels do not pull off in one piece or nicely either! This will save lots of time. Labels worked very well in my laser printer.

When it comes to office products, we specifically look for Avery products because we know that we don't have to worry about the quality of the products we are getting.

We wrapped the books in manila envelopes and designed cute graphics printed on these labels to make the wrapped books more appealing. It worked perfectly and was easy to use!

It is a clean-looking, easy-to-set-up label and the very slight issue that I had was that it "caught" entering the feed roller on my laser printer. I choose Avery Dennison for all of my labeling needs because of the great templates and suggestions that come with them as well as for the overall very good quality.

I know I've had to buy a lot less shipping boxes since I started using them. Now, I simply recycle my old boxes and no one can tell b/c of the TrueBlock technology. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Permanent (but only guaranteed for 12 months) Bought a 5126 replacement pack approx 12 months ago and began using when I finished my previous order. Have used Avery labels of all sizes for years. This is the first time that I have had labels peel off a box within minutes of application. Called customer service and they said that the product only has a shelf life of 12 months. So explain to me: - How can this be advertised as "permanent"? - Where on the box does it disclose this shelf life? - Why would you ever want to betray a brand loyal customer for a single box that obviously had a manufacturing issue with the adhesives (5165 did not have the issue on the same box). Customer service wanted proof of purchase (sending them the original box with the unused labels is not proof of ownership). If I were Avery, I would want and FMEA investigation as to what may have happened to further improve their products/manufacturing process. Has me rethinking that the price premiums are no longer necessary with this inferior product guarantee.
