Not fully chargeable
Purchased a pre-charge power bank, BPB 011, but it was only charged to 50%.
Tried charging later, only charges to 75%.

Decent product / poor instruction manual
A panic buy when at my railway station I was worried my phone was running out of juice (my ticket was on my phone). The power bank had charge which is great but I am frustrated by the instructions on recharging the powerbank which I have now worked out but it has been a confusing process working it out. I think this will work out to be a good purchase but it's a shame the instruction manual wasn't comprehensive / easy to digest.

Very good charger
I love the color of this charger. The pink is so pretty! It’s a very good for the iPhone 13 pro max. You don’t have to charge it after every use like the Belkin 2500 charger that you stick to the back. This is very convenient. The only negative is when I’m charging my iPhone through the USB - C it keeps falling out if I’m walking with it in my hand. I tried using a Belkin cord and the same thing happens. It charges faster then some other chargers.

Simply not reliable
I bought the charger at the Curry's in Cheetham Hill (UK) in June 2022, and it worked fine for a while with my Android phone (though it is rather bulky and heavy). In recent months, even when fully charged it struggled to fill my empty phone to 40%, with the 5 lights on the side quickly fading to just one, and that involved my constantly unplugging and replugging because it would doze on the job. That's just not something you need to bother with when on the run, and it's a timely process. I would not recommend, sorry!

Puzzling problem
I have a puzzling problem, and phone support was not helpful. Of the four charge status lights, only the first shows life: it blinks steadily after the status button is pressed. I have left the unit plugged into a charging station for more than 24 hours with no change. Despite the fact that the status lights seem to indicate the unit is discharged, I can connect to my iPhone and see that unit is receiving power from the Belkin. Any idea what is happening?

OK product
The product itself is OK, but the customer service is beyond worthless. If you buy this product buy it from a store and not the Belkin website. It was a lesson learned the hard way.

Fine but powers down quickly for Robotics
Battery seems fine, but it powers down quickly if there is not enough draw and I have to reactivate the battery. I am using in a non traditional way to use it to power a Arduino and motors versus just as normal phone charger.

Great on our camping trip.
The Belkin 10K Power Bank worked great on our camping trip. It charged both my Motorola phone and my daughter's. Each took about 2 hours to charge. The pink color was handy, too because it's easy to find in your backpack.

Most power banks are easy to use but this one
You have to dig deep down through internet to figure out how to charge the power bank in order to use it. It's crazy. This should be 100% intuitive.

no power passthrough
it does not have power passthrough. its totally useless if you want to use it as auto power failure backup for a router or camera.
i mean, it can not charge itself and power up a device connected to it at the same time. when the charging of powerbank starts at usb-c port, it cuts off the power at usb-a ports.
are you kidding me?

Frustrating paperweight now...charged phone twice
Worked twice. Now won't charge my phone at all. It's fully charged, all four lights come on but it won't charge my phone. I am using the same cable that I have always used. Cable is fine. Now it's just a frustrating paperweight. I don't have the money to waste on things that aren't going to work.

Unable to fully charge
Bought it, charged a cell phone from 50 % to 100 %, that worked.
Then when I figured out how to charge the belkin back up, it remained at 3 blinking lights ( indicating it is being charged ?) for 8 hours, Never got to a 4 light charge .

What a total let down and waste of money
Battery promotes 78 hours worth of charge but thats total cap. Most i've gotten out of it is like 15 max before it dies. Recharging the battery to full charge takes wayyy too long, I have plugged it in completely dead, came back about 4 hours later and it was barely half charged. And my biggest issue is the charging cable provided to charge the battery - why did yall think it was a good idea to make it like 5 inches long? You have to have something just the right height next to the outlet to sit it on otherwise you're straight out of luck. I have tried using other charging cables for it and it wont accept it, only the cable provided will work. It has been useful sometimes but totally not worth the $40 I spent. If I had known I definitely would not have bought this.
