Could be much better
Pretty decent arm. I love the sleek, minimalistic design. The desk clamp however could be much better. If you want to side mount this arm, make sure your desk's top hangs over the legs. Mine don't and this clamp does not fit so I can only mount this on the back or front of the desk. Another issue is the tension. Mine is super tight and the adjustments barely work. Hopefully it breaks-in and loosens up over time so I can actually get total control over the positioning. The tension adjustment dials are also made of plastic and I feel like they will eventually break if I mess with them too much.

Good product, no gripes about (see details)
Seems to work pretty well, but took some time for me to realize the arm flops back unless the microphone is attached (weight of the mic counter-balances the back force, to keep the forces in equilibrium)

Blue Microphones Compass - Mounting kit
I would give it 5 stars...except I feel that the instructions could have been a whole lot clearer. I engaged in a lot of guesswork and YouTube instruction to get this unit put together. Once I got it together, however, I was/am extremely pleased! I'd definitely recommend it.
