Brother 3 Year VPP Upgrade Warranties extend the length of VPP exchange warranty service/program by 3 years, for a total of 4 years. The VPP extended warranty starts the day after the standard warranty expires. Qualifies an end user for next business day Priority Exchange and access to the Priority Account Line. Brother will ship a replacement unit Next Business Day delivery if a customer's call is received by 4:45 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Brother covers the shipping cost both ways, including a return label and packing materials with the replacement unit. Extended or Upgrade warranty programs apply only to products purchased and located in the contiguous United States.
