Brother Onsite Warranty Extensions start after the standard limited warranty expires. Once your machine qualifies for service, Brother will locate an Authorized Service Center nearest to the machine location. Customers can expect a call within 24 hours of contacting Brother to coordinate the onsite visit. A Brother authorized service technician will arrive at your site to service your machine.
