Does the job with Ease!
Easy to set up, but heavy to physically move (had to have help with that only.
Love the 2 trays plus manual feed for envelopes or labels.
Wi-Fi works great, so far am still using the original toners which is surprise because I have used it lot in my small business.

Professional Printer at a Reasonable Price
I had an earlier Brother Color printer, the HL-3070CW. This newer printer provides two trays, and machine duplex printer, and is faster. Additionally, the path for the paper is better and allows thicker paper and also provides less curling.Overall, its a superior printer and a step up form the earlier version.

Great Features!
This printer is the best I've ever used. It has never jammed on me and I really like the fact that I can print documents either letter or legal without making adjustments. The print is very clear and sharp both in black and color. Trays hold good amount of paper.

Great Color
I was slightly hesitant about purchasing this printer, since at the time there were no reviews. All that I can say is that I am very happy with the machine. It's very fast and lives up to it's rated speed. I use it to print Comparative Market Analysis' for my Real Estate business. The color is very good and appears to be very representative, the cover page of my reports seem to 'pop' when seen through the clear plastic cover. There is no pause or slowing when it is drawing paper from the second drawer. I use the TN436 extended life print cartridges and at this point they seem to be living up to the expected page counts. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Love this printer!
Everything about this printer is great. It was easy to set up. Easy to use. Print quality is excellent. Can't comment on cost/page - haven't had printer long enough. Footprint and height is a bit large, but I guess that's what happens with 2 drawers. Seems like the lower drawer is oversized though. Have the space for it so those things aren't drawbacks for me. Wish I had purchased it sooner!

Solid Performance, Good Price.
4 Stars is excellent in my world; 5 is reserved for truly amazing, best of the best.
I am happy with this printer, which replaced my HL-4070CDW of many years. This is a home office printer form me. When I calculated 60,000 page life cycle costs this was the winner. While certainly not "photo quality," speed and quality are more than adequate for my use. I like having "Air Print" available from my iPad and iPhone.
At this point, I have no complaints.

Great printer, could still use some tweaks
I love the cost per page (super-low! and the print quality. There are a few things they need to improve though:
The status monitor application is TERRIBLE. It does not stay on much of the time, and I have to go hunting for it on my computer, and it does not tell you how many pages of multi-page jobs you have printed (or have left to print).
My biggest complaint is there is no "tray full" indicator or sensor to say when the output area (on top of the machine) is full. So, on multi-page jobs (and I typically print a few thousand pages at a time), if you do not continuously remove the printed copies from the top of the machine they go everywhere (all over the floor). Every other lase printer I have ever owned (and I have owned dozens of them!) has some sort of sensor that turns off the printing when the top tray is full.

Good quality color printing.
We purchased this for a busy office. We like the printing quality. We love the dual tray as we need access to legal as well as letter sized paper. It takes a little while to wake up from sleep mode but that might be because we are used to the monochromatic printer. Overall, we are very please with the printer.

Excellent capabilities, yet major Flaw
Excellent combination of capabilities, especially for price, yet a major flaw in that the printer drive does not allow the user to specify which printer tray will be used. Tray selection relies on using different paper sizes in different trays and the printer selecting tray by size. This is not helpful when using same size paper of different types, e.g. blank vs. pre-printed

good machine for the price
This machine has good, crisp print quality, but is slower than I thought it would be. It would be nice if the paper tray held a full ream of paper. It has jammed several times when the tray is only half empty...can't figure that one out. Overall, though, I am pleased with my purchase.

Not at all what I wanted
This All in one Laser Scanner is the worst. It does not scan, fax it prints. If you do multi sizes of paper it does not recognize - if you run out of paper it quits the whole job. Customer service did not help at all. In my job its very important to print legal and letter and this is the worst machine to do it. If I could return it I would in a heart beat.

Not able to print different size cards.
It doesn't let you print different size cards without making the original small. It doesn't fit to the paper size. The program is not open to different paper size, if you want to print without a white border. Its horrible. I have tried 55 times with different settings.. and no. It was coded to print standard.

Not As Expected
I moved to this printer from an HP. First, I love that the toner is less expensive. I like the high capacity tray add-ons. However, this printer is miserably slow. I print a single 5-page PDF file with 100 copies. This printer prints one page or two pages at a time, then stops to think, then does the same thing again. The file size is less than the total RAM in the printer so it should have no trouble printing all 100 copies continuously without having to pause to go retrieve the data it all ready retrieved when it printed the previous copy. Something isn't right. My HP printer had no problem printing these same files continuously.

Great Color Printer
I love this printer, it's great for a small home office. I went from 2 printers into 1 printer. The only negative is how long it takes to actually print after you press the print button. I know I am using the WiFi, but my "other" printer printed pretty fast. I love the vivid color printing, how fast you can cancel a print and it was so easy to set up.

Print Quality good, features need work
This printer has a poor design for printing documents with more than 10 pages or so, the output tray frequently overfeeds pages and they end up going off the printer and getting out of order. The page coming out frequently pushes the previous page further out and legal size pages are worse. I had to come up with a home grown solution so that I don't have to sit there and baby sit while it prints. Also, it takes a lot longer to print that my previous printers. It will print one or two pages and then do some type of internal processing and then print a few more, it's like the spooling feature isn't working right and then it will print 10 or 15 pages without delay. Very frustrating, it takes much longer and more work to print large documents.

We were able to get this printer quickly. However, it is not as quick as most printers when printing. When you hit print, it's a bit longer before it even starts printing. And it is VERY loud. More than normal.

Great replacement for my old HL-L8350CDWT
My L8350 finally failed with a damaged fuser roller after 7 years. Cost to repair was more than 50% of the price of this new printer. Features are almost identical, so I knew I would be happy with it. My only complaint is that my extra paper tray is not compatible, even though it fits on properly. What a waste, I could have used the extra tray!

I like it, but...
Would actually lean to 3.5 stars. Print quality is very good. Printing speed on multi-page documents is compromised by too frequent spooling. Typically prints 3-4 pages consecutively, then pauses a few seconds before doing the next few pages, etc. There is not an obvious connection point for a wired connection, so don't know if the buffering/batching is related to wireless speeds or just how the printer handles the print data.

Eats toner like wildfire.
This was an expensive printer, but we purchased it hoping that Brother would be better than the other brands that we've had... unfortunately, it eats toner like candy. We've had to replace the toner TWICE in the past two months; keep in mind we only print emails that are 90% black/white. Honestly, I regret spending what we did for this, as it's costing us nearly the same amount each month in toner.

Slooooow!!!
This printer is very VERY slow. The output tray is so darn small that after printing a couple of pages, your prints fall on the ground—this is super annoying especially when printing pages in sequence. Toner cartridges runs out sooo incredibly fast, even when you have super low coverage. I would not buy again.
