FRUSTRATING! and Expensive.
Bought an MFC-J1012. I soon had to replace the original cartridges with another set of standard cartridges. Since then, Black, Cyan, and Magenta are still on that 2nd cartridge. My printer now won't work as it shows that the yellow cartridge needs to be replaced again. This would be the 5th yellow cartridge.
Very odd since nearly all my printing is in black, with very little use of color, especially yellow.
I suppose that this problem is likely caused by faulty ink sensors in the MFC-J1012. Avoid!

Don’t recommend
They required me to purchase this ink to print a page with a code to subscribe to the ink subscription. I printed one page, subscribed, and the ink stopped working (new cartridge was sent to the garbage bin). Then, I was waiting another week to get subscription ink. All that time was not able to use my printer. Never had this issues with HP. Don’t recommend brothers.
