Not serving my purpose
Bought 2 of these to connect a new USB equipped computer to an existing KVM switch that has PS2 cables on it for 4 computers to run on one monitor, keyboard and mouse. The computer refuses to recognize the keyboard or mouse properly. So for now, I'm stuck with an extra keyboard and mouse to utilize the new computer.

Doesn't work with PS/2 KVM switch
Don't waste your time or money, buy an "active" ps/2 to usb converter that has a built in chipset to do the conversion.

Not Happy
It doesn't fit properly. It is loose. It fits in the computer port but not into the keyboard plug. Any suggestions?

Do not work as advertised
I’ve contacted c2g customer service and I was told that they don’t work with most mice and keyboards?? They are sold as a “Keyboard / mouse adapter” so I don’t understand. I was told to return them to CDW and buy model 32185 which is a lot more expensive. I rather buy a mouse than a $15 cumbersome mouse adapter.
