Canon EOS 90D Review – A Perfect Blend of Performance and Versatility!
I recently got my hands on the Canon EOS 90D, and it has exceeded all my expectations. This camera truly feels like a powerhouse for both photography and videography, making it an ideal choice for enthusiasts and semi-professionals alike.
Key Highlights:
1. Image Quality: The 32.5-megapixel APS-C sensor produces stunningly sharp and vibrant photos. Even in lower light conditions, the 90D captures excellent details with minimal noise, making it perfect for everything from portraits to landscape shots.
2. Speed and Autofocus: With 10 frames per second (fps) continuous shooting, I can capture fast-moving subjects effortlessly. The 45-point all-cross-type autofocus system is incredibly responsive and accurate, ensuring my shots are in focus, even with challenging lighting or action scenes.
3. Video Capabilities: The 4K recording at 30fps is crystal clear, and I love that it doesn’t crop the image – a big advantage compared to other models. The camera also supports Full HD at 120fps, ideal for beautiful slow-motion effects. Paired with Canon’s renowned Dual Pixel Autofocus, the 90D performs flawlessly during video recording.
4. Design and Handling: The 90D feels robust and comfortable to hold, with intuitive controls and a bright, fully articulating touchscreen. This makes shooting from different angles much easier and adds flexibility to both video and stills.
5. Battery Life: This camera is a real workhorse, with battery life lasting up to 1,300 shots per charge – a huge plus for long photoshoots or outdoor sessions.
6. Connectivity: The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth options make transferring files to my phone or laptop super easy. It’s convenient to share my shots quickly or use remote control from my smartphone.
Final Thoughts: The Canon EOS 90D is an incredible camera for those wanting a versatile, high-performance DSLR. Whether you’re a passionate photographer or videographer, this camera won’t disappoint. It’s packed with features that make it a joy to use, and it produces stunning results every time. Highly recommend it!

Great Camera
Last EOS was Rebel XL, obviously, great leap forward. Short time using this camera, but pictures are sharp, crisp and easy. Manual settings are a breeze, automated settings are great. Learning this camera has been very easy, intuitive and natural.
So happy.

Everything I hoped for and more
I have been shooting Nikon for the last 12 years with my last camera being a Nikon D7000. I had outgrown it years ago and lost interest in photography. My Nikons were great cameras but I was never truly in love with them. I had always longed for the perfect Canon color science. Fast forward, I decided on the Canon 90D because of its great specs and fair price. At this price point I do not see a better option, whether full-frame or ASP-C, DSLR or mirrorless. Build quality is good, feeling robust yet light and more ergonomic than other Canons I have held in the past. I'm impressed with the kit lens. It is sharp throughout its range and is very smooth. Autofocus is fast and accurate, light years beyond my Nikon D7000, which is expected having been released nine years later, but is a very welcome relief. I especially enjoying being able to focus and snap photos using the touchscreen. The image quality is outstanding. The Canon color science is everything I dreamt it would be. The images are beautiful, creamy yet sharp. They look like they could have been shot on 35mm film which I love. To my eye, Canon's images look much better than the artificial looking images that are becoming the new normal in camera systems like Sony, Fuji, and Olympus. I especially like taking portraits with this camera as it produces beautiful skin tones. High ISO is amazing and produces minimal grain. I'm very impressed how far high ISO has come since I bought my last camera. The menus and controls can be confusing at first but once you get the hang of them they are a breeze. The touchscreen has a gorgeous display and it is a lot of fun to use. I love that I can change exposure or color settings with a simple touch. It also comes in handy for videos and selfies. The automatic scene settings on this camera produce beautiful images at times when I don't feel like setting the camera manually. This camera was the upgrade I needed to rekindle my passion for photography and I have absolutely zero regrets about this purchase. My only regret is not buying a Canon camera sooner.

Great Features and Very Easy to use
I bought this camera a few weeks ago after decades of waiting. I had a Canon AE-1 Program before this. This is my first Digital camera and I am not disappointed in the ease of operation and the quality of the output. Now I only wish I had done this years ago. I think the 90D with the 18-135mm USM lens is the best value on the market today.

Garbage Buffer
Garbage camera for action photography. I own a whitewater photography company; 22 years shooting, 18 employees. Not uncommon to shoot 15K pictures on a Saturday. Currently using 80D's. I can set resolution to medium and shoot a burst as long as I want. This camera has a real world buffer of about 40 pictures even at small resolution. Garbage, absolute garbage. FYI I am a long term CPS member with many register products, feel free to contact me Canon
