Invaluable service in pandemic times
When my black ink ran low, I dreaded going shopping for a new one, either in person (pandemic or online (exhausting and time-consuming with unreliable delivery options). I hoped that Canon had a convenient ordering and delivery option that came with the printer purchase. It did, and it gave me tremendous peace of mind. I'll use it again when I need to, but thanks to this package I won't need it for a while.

Ink cartridges are way too expensive!!
I think that it's pretty ridiculous how cheap you make the printers, but then when it comes time to replace the ink cartridges they are SOOOOOO expensive. No wonder people are moving to the EcoTank system from Epson. I almost bought an Epson versus buying new ink for this printer, but they were out of stock on the one I wanted.

Price is a little high. There does not seem to be a multiple pack of only black ink for this printer.
