Eligible Products:
•Any customer’s processed and tested image.
•A filed CDW Indemnity Agreement is required.
Service Scope:
1.A single restore image on a single USB Flash drive will be created.
2.The image may span across multiple drives due to size of single image.
3.The restore USB drive(s) will be tested for functionality.
4.The images are uploaded and stored on secure imaging servers.
5.The images will be processed and tested by an advanced team of imaging specialists before they are cleared for deployment.
6.The instruction sets are individually created for each image to ensure that the unique configuration is carried out the same way each time the image is deployed.
7.All restore drive(s) will be verified after installation onto a computer system to ensure that the system restore by the drive(s) was successful.
