Cisco SMARTnet extended service agreement

The Cisco® SMARTnet™ extended service agreement provides direct access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Center for technical support that will help reduce downtime. It covers models in the Cisco 9300 switch series. The Cisco SMARTnet 8x5 license is comprehensive and covers major issues, including device diagnostics and hardware replacement, to keep your device in an optimal working condition. The response time is usually the next business day to ensure rapid issue resolution. Service availability of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, means help is readily available during the Monday through Friday workweek. For technical consultation, the customer desk team stays available Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day. The team provides users with information to help troubleshoot common errors and get the business functionalities back to normal.

To help users better understand their networking devices, the Cisco SMARTnet service gives them access to Cisco's online knowledge base, tools and communities with resources on how to resolve technical issues. This plan is compatible with Cisco switch models C9300-48P-A, C9300-48P-A= and C9300-48P-A-RF. It includes new release updates to keep software up to date.
