The Cisco VG204 is a low-density four-port gateway for analog phones, fax machines, modems, and speakerphones. The Cisco VG204 enhances an enterprise voice system architecture that is based on a Cisco Integrated Services Router, Cisco modular access router or a Cisco VG224 in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express deployment.

The Cisco VG204 is housed in a compact, fanless, desktop form-factor chassis that is wall-mountable.
