Engineered to be compatible with your Apple system, Crucial Memory for Mac takes the guesswork out of a memory upgrade. Since Apple systems often have very specific memory requirements, including particular component densities, speeds, and SPD programming specifications, it's important to buy your memory from people who know Apple computers inside and out. With over a decade of experience manufacturing and developing memory for Apple systems, Crucial makes it easy to find memory that's been designed specifically for your system.
If you're an Apple computer user, you probably expect intuitive, reliable performance from your system. Crucial thinks memory should work the same way, too. For each module it manufactures, Crucial sends it through a rigorous testing process to ensure that you're getting a reliable, high-performance memory solution. Every module that leaves the doors has been extensively tested at the component level for voltage and temperature resistances, signal integrity, and software compatibility. Even better, Crucial modules are lead and halogen-free (DDR3 modules only). The result? Reliable memory that meets or exceeds Apple's own memory requirements.
Unsure how to install memory or have an important question about your Apple system? Let the team of experts help! With a tech-savvy team that's well-versed in Apple systems, Crucial will provide the technical support you need - no matter how old your Mac computer gets. From phone support, videos, FAQ articles, and do-it-yourself guides, Crucial has got the resources you need to keep your system up to speed.

Rated 5 out of 5 byKen from Worked great once I got the right oneThe RAM I ordered worked great once I got the right one. I ordered RAM for a MacBook, but was sent the RAM for an iMac. Customer service was very helpful and helped me return the incorrect product and shipped the replacement right away. Even though everything was delayed for a few days, I couldn't be happier with the product. Speed and performance have improved dramtically, everything runs much smoother, and applications launch much quicker. Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 byRon from Review of (8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3) PerformanceI use Neat Receipts and iPhoto. These applications require more memory. I was expecting faster response time. Not sure if this would happen with even more memory. I have been tagging my photos with iPhoto Tagger. It takes several days to tag a library containing 44,000 plus images. My Mac ejects my external drive containing my photos and then the whol library is missing. I have had to start tagging all over again. This still happens with more memory, and it could be an operating system or sofware problem instead.
