The product was shipping later then it said it would so they gave me a 30,00 refund on the product. I found that to be great customer service. I would order from them again.

Super easy to find and upgrade my lapto to 64GB Ram
I do some big java project compiling and often need to have multiple projects open at a time. Builds were running super slow as well as problems with zoom and other programs. After upgrading my laptop is much more responsive in everything I need it to do.

The memory arrived within a few days, and was quick and easy to install. On the first boot, the system recognized the additional memory. No lookin' back now. Can I update my own memory this way? :)

Upgraded HP Envy from 16 to 64 (The max) and now its racingi
Delivery fits in a mail slot. Best vendor support to get it exactly right when the mfr would not state the max.
