Customer now very happy with not having to fork out for a new PC Base.

I took a deep breath, and deliberately put in the old memory - the system finally boot up. I then powered down and reinstalled the new memory (32GB kit [2x16GB] DDR3-3200 DIMM) and that magic sound of the bios recognizing the new memory chimed in! My system does feel faster - I wish I was running a more leaner OS like a Linux distro (currently I'm using Windows 10 - Build 19045) and I have a LOT of stuff installed. Not

I can testify it works flawlessly and I opted for the fours sticks of 16GB as opposed to the two 32GB sticks for better performance. Personally, 64GB of RAM is more than enough for my needs. Hopefully, this helps and casts any doubts aside for Alienware R10 owners, whether or not this RAM works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Properly fast, a must for gaming and creating RAM is perhaps the best "bang for your buck" upgrade a computer can receive, as too little memory will act as a bottleneck for even the strongest CPU (even more so if it has an integrated GPU, as that uses RAM for the graphics buffer as well). And a very solid 32Gb set like this does the job beautifully well. Two 16Gb sticks (as they're technically faster than a single 32Gb one), rated to a high read/write speed (which your PC will slow down to its own maximum speed, so no worries about speed compatibility issues), with a clean and aesthetically pleasing heat sink design (the "Crucial" name is printed on the thin side, which is a nice touch if you have a glass panel on your PC tower). All for a great price, from a veteran name brand, can't beat it. RAM is one component that can genuinely make a computer run "like new" (if yours only has =8Gb to begin with), as it lets the CPU run to its actual potential. And this kit absolutely delivers.

I was happy to easily find what I needed for my PC on the web at Crucial. I'm not geek enough to make any technical judgements on the RAM I purchased. But the price was right with free shipping. I was lucky to find no components impeding access to the the RAM sockets, so I only had to remove the side panel. Very easy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crucial's RAM Compatibility Representations Not Reliable Not Compatible as Claimed The RAM modules I ordered (Crucial Pro DDR4 3200MT/s Memory Kit) were supposed to be compatible with my new Dell Inspiron 3020 Desktop. However, after installation the computer would not boot up. Tech support advised to remove the battery from the motherboard for 15 minutes, replace it, & boot up. My computer still would not boot up. I have had to return the modules for a refund. I obtained a Kit from another vendor which worked fine.

After installing the RAM, it would not boot up. The power button gave two amber flashes and five white flashes. After looking that up, that was code for RAM incompatibility. Went to ask service and they were no help.

I cal my upgrades a service life extension (A Naval term for upgrading old ships). I like building my OWN PCs, so I can upgrade components as the price and viability makes sense to do so. This one is maxed out. Next upgrades will have to a whole new machine. I do run UBUNTU with VMs and docker, that is why I wanted a bit more DRAM.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Workks with Alienware Aurora R11 Our Alienware Aurora R11 came with 32GB of Ram at 2900Mhz (Kensington) and we wanted to bump it up to 64GB. After learning about other experiences, we decided to remove the 32GB from the R11 and replace it with 64GB from Crucial (4x16GB). Opened the R11 to replace the ram, used the four slots on the R11 for the four 16GB each Crucial. Turn on the computer, waited anxiously for 5-8minutes and voila!, The computer turned on, recognized a changed in RAM. We click on Bios Settings, and confirm the new speed of 3200Mhz and new 64 Ram. We didn't have to mess with anything or XMP, did do any changes. At the sale price, it was a great deal. Loved the easy installation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Increase memory lower megahertz speed Crucial ram was the recommended ram for my Dell computer. I liked the price versus buying ram directly from Dell. My only disappointment is that instead of my computer running at 2,933 MHz now it's running at 2400 MHz. If if crucial knew that this was the case, they should have given instructions on how to reset the BIOS to make it perform at an optimum speed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy Installed in about 10 minutes, couldn't have been easier. My HP booted up immediately with no issues. I was getting annoying popping noises while recording music, now I just hear music and it's a huge relief. Would recommend to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Windows Memory Diagnostic or PassMark will shut my PC off!! 12 hours of grief. Lost Windows 11, BIOS would boot to UEFI CD/Rom, or USB stick to help troubleshoot. Had to work around huge CPU cooler to remove UDIMM's to install old ram to get a stable boot.
