Finally, I found DDR5!
Thank you, Dell, for having DDR5 at a time when everyone else is failing consumers. RAM worked great in my new LGA1700 motherboard!

Adding Memory was a Snap!
I had 64GB. I max'd out the motherboard by adding two more 32GB memory boards. It was literally a snap to install them - the fastener on the right side of the memory slot snaps closed if the board is installed correctly. My Dell computer recognized the added memory and automatically ran a diagnostic and accepted the new boards. It couldn't have been simpler. Plus, the memory was on sale, and I used some of the Dell Bucks I received from the purchase of the computer, so I saved a few hundred by not including the memory in the initial build.

Get the correct memory.
All your memory sticks must match. All 16gb or 32 gb. You cannot mix and match. I got a 32gb stick and tried to add it with two 16 gb sticks already installed. Pc wouldn't start. Called tech support and they told me why. I bought it from parts and upgrades section on Dell website. There was no warning that it wouldn't work.

Product matching on the parts tab. No hunting req.
Very pleased with the Dell product match to my computer. I didn't have to hunt and peck to find which options align. Package received in three days. No extra charges. Packaging was perfect and crush-proof. Simply unplugged everything, zap-proofed my system, and flicked the locking bracket to remove the old and place the new in the slot. I am considering a second card to go in slot two. Really pleasant experience.

Easy to install
More RAM is always better. It was easy to install these in my Alienware Aurora; they were recognized properly the first time I booted. I'm pretty sure Flight Simulator and Photoshop will both recognize and utilize as much RAM as is installed.

Memory Card not working on my new computer. When inserted the computer will not boot and the on button flashes 4 white followed by 2 yellow flashes and continues without booting.

RAM for Precision 3660
Bought this RAM for maxing out my Precision 3550 Tower. Installation was a breeze and it works well. Checked with the customer service agent before purchase. They were able to confirm the correct part number. Shipping was fast as well. Will recommend this product.

Dell Memory Upgrade Review!!
This was well worth the upgrade. My PC runs even more smoother and faster! Have 96 GB running on it even though the recommended maximum is 64 GB.
