I loved this printer, but 2 days ago it jammed up the paper. It couldn't be fixed, but Epson is sending me a NEW printer, not a refurbished printer. Apparently, the warranty for a new printer is only good for 30 days. My printer is almost 60 days old and the 30 day warranty had expired. I spoke to a supervisor at Epson and they agreed to send me a new one, however, which I think is only fair. I love the the fact that it takes ink instead of a cartridge.

Did not connect with Network
This printer would not connect with my network. Other printers connect with my network. Error message showed possible problem with printer. Was with technical support with Epson for two hours. final recommendation was to just use it with a USB cable. I have returned product to Dell.
