The grommet mount works great…
The grommet mount works great… and the arm itself is fantastic… three stars because I ordered the arm expecting it to include the grommet mount and was disappointed to have to purchase it separately.

Some issues attaching to the desk
Issue #1 - The monitor arm didn't ship with the grommet adapter and it had to be purchased separately. I was expecting it to come with it and it was difficult to find it online. Once I ordered it, I couldn't attach my monitor for a week while I waited for the extra part to arrive. This was a disappointment because I was excited to get up and running with the new monitor arm out of the box.
Issue #2. The grommet adapter doesn't have enough depth and didn't fully work with my Uplift Desk. I was barely able to attach the nut onto the bolt such that I'm not 100% confident that it's as sturdy as it should be. Why does it not accommodate thicker desks? That seems like it wouldn't be difficult to do if a bolt was provided that was only an inch or so longer.
