Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features but not working We bought it in July 2018 124B. The recording feature should help us find periodic errors. We find that scoped restarts and timestamps do not match the recorded image. We have contacted fluke several times, but it does not seem to be resolved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Products! I have used many scopes and meters in the 25+ years of my career and there is no comparison. Fluke makes some of the best products of this type in the world, I would choose no other without compromise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Scopemeter Great Portable Oscilloscope for testing VFD's and power conditions if not on a Delta. This is my first one and don't know how we survived without one. If you are working with Delta transformer I recommend a 190 Series and with only 2 inputs you cannot data you may want. Went with the 125B to save a little cost over the 190 and very happy with it. This has really helped with properly diagnosing VFD issues we were having and recording intermittent issues. I would recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice tool to have We bought this scope ( Fluke 125 to troubleshoot several Fieldbus trunks. Tool was able to find noise and distortion affecting this site where other tools from different vendors couldn't. It was a nice feeling finding the "smoking gun"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Display, Fluke Quality Used various Fluke scope meters for over 25 years. The display on this unit is spectacular. Debated on other cheaper brands available lately but decided to pay double the price for a Fluke as to avoid the hassle and time questioning the reliability of other products. Chose the 123B for the value as I don't need anything over 20Mhz. The test leads are super heavy duty. Bought a 410 current clamp for AC/DC amps. Everything I need!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fluke 124B Purchased the 124B few months ago. I mostly use it to measure the voltage waveform of VSD and UPS, which help me to solve the problems quickly and safely. However the device works great, but i found that there is something odd when measuring DC voltage i.e. The voltage value will change while moving the waveform position up and down. Firmware version V1.12.00

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great meter extremely useful in the classroom We purchased Fluke 125B scopemeters for use in the electrical labs at the community college where I am a professor, and I found them to be extremely useful when educating students about AC wave forms, AC power (true power (watts), apparent power (VA), reactive power (VAR) and power factor). I also use the meters when teaching about power quality and harmonics. The color display is so much better then the black & white display on the 43B. I have only been using the meters for one semester but so far I have found them to be excellent and durable. The students learn the concepts so much easier when they can see the waveforms for themselves on a meter display, on the projector screen, or on their cell phone using Fluke connect. Our Fluke representative, Curt Geeting, has always been a big help when choosing Fluke products to best suit our needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good hardware, faulty firmware Although the hardware and the idea behind this industrial scope is great, it is just riddled with firmware bugs. We purchased a unit (with the latest firmware- version 1.14.00) and were immediately troubled with detrimental issues. The issues are are as follows: 1- The instrument does not turn ON after entering "sleep mode", and must be turned ON using the "factory reset" method. 2- The "charge" symbol does not always switch to the "battery" symbol when the charger is removed and the instrument thinks it's still being charged. When this happens, the instrument does NOT turn ON once its turned OFF. Not even with the "factory reset" method. Although removing the battery for a few minutes solves this problem. Since we are limited on time and wanted to rule out a defective unit, we purchased a second unit, but were surprised to find that they both have the exact same problems. This just seems to be the cause of unchecked and inferior firmware. We are holding on to both units for now until we receive instruction from Fluke.
