Cradle without the cable
I would love to post a good review, but it is hard to know how well the product works without the cable to connect the base to the computer. BEWARE- The picture nor description are clear about what is included. I ordered the handheld scanner first only to discover that the cradle wasn't included. That isn't a problem, as long as you are aware of it. So I had to place a 2nd order for the docking cradle, only to discover that the cradle doesn't come with the cable to connect it to the computer. I have never experienced something like that with a product. Needless to say, I had to place a 3rd order for the cable that was supposed to be here in 3-5 days. We are on day 6 and it won't be here for another 2 days. VERY poor descriptions, communication, and execution. We won't be ordering from here again.
