Trusty Toner
I've had my LaserJet Printer for 7 years now and these toner cartridges are great. But don't be fooled by the warning that you are running low. I can go for quite some time after those warnings come on without having to change the cartridges. You'll see the quality of the print diminish before you need to change them. The printer is the inexpensive part of the equipment. The toner cartridges are rather costly. I also recycle them back to HP but I would appreciate it if every now and again HP would reward me for doing that. You know, like a free cartridge after buying so many or a discounted price for being a loyal customer. It sure would be appreciated. I've only had one cartridge in all those years that came to me bad and HP did take care of that one.

The 3-pack cartridges does not include Black.
I had to order the dual pack separately. I will only use one cartridge.
I would have preferred receiving a Drum (CE314A) instead.

I like to use authentic products in my equipment therefore I use the HP brand laserjet toner in my HP Laserjet printer. Because it's a color printer I purchase 4 every year and they serve all my printing needs. Nice clear, very professional prints.

Sturdy, gives a lot of ink.4 in a printer's spendy
On the plus side these cartridges give a lot of ink and the color is good. On the downside they aren't cheap. My wife uses them heavily in her office and has never had an trouble with them, and the recycling system to send them back for free is an excellent addition.

High quality, long lasting
Despite the cost, these are some of the best toner cartridges I’ve had in a laser printer. They continue to produce long after the printer shows them as needing replacing. I’ve stretched a black cartridge on “low” over a year until it finally started printing faintly. The color quality is very high with these as well. I recommend these cartridges.

Decent performance and value for the cost.
They do as the company claims, but I do wish they would do a better job of estimating the number of pages. (I found the estimates to be off by a significant amount.) The cost is still high, but better than Inkjets. The printer itself is quite reliable, so I can't take away too much. Would buy again.

I inherited the HP Laserjet 200, the previous owners had use non HP carts, each print was smeared and streaky, I installed HP toner carts and it prints beautifully now, so happy I made the investment.

Good Quality but.....
Overpriced. Toner in general is horribly overpriced. This costs pennies to make, especially when people recycle the cartridge. HP takes this to the next level. They think colored plastic beads are magic dust made from gold. If the cost was 40% less that would be more acceptable. Look for knockoff aftermarket products or refills.

Delivery issues
Love the product but the delivery was not good. It took more than three weeks to arrive and the shipping status updates are poor. I realize Dec 14th is close to Christmas and it was a busy shipping period, but it is still much longer than I thought it should take.
Lastly, sending a survey after it took a week to get my toner cartridges to your courier when I don’t have my product is not a good idea.

The product is excellent and works fine with my HP Printer. It would be nicer if the 4 Pack included a 131X Black Cartridge instead of the 131A Black Cartridge. The only other thing that would be nice is if they were lower in cost.

Quality Good, Quantity & Cost Need Improvement
It would be nicer if the products were 131X instead of 131A. Price is considerably high, considering it cost more for the ink toners than it did for the laser printer.
