I have no idea how long I’ve had this printer but it worked great with the original toner cartridges for a couple of years then I started replacing individual cartridges as they went light in colour.
After 2~3 complete sets of replacements I decided to try & save a few $$$$ & buy a complete set of four cartridges not made by HP.
I didn’t go with the cheapest out there but maybe a 30% savings over HP.
Delivery was 10~14 days, after 4 WEEKS they arrived & I started replacing them,
Black worked fine, then I replaced the Yellow, also no problem. After 1 month I changed the red, no problem but now the yellow has lines missing down the page ? I took it out & shook side to side, now 25% of the page is covered in yellow streaks. 3 days later & I have a red stripe down both sides of the page. Oh & the seller is nowhere to be found ??
Ordered a new red & yellow from HP, arrived in 3 days, fixed everything up.
Now my wife notices the paper she printed last year is a lot darker & crisper than the one she printed this week & yes when compared side by side there is no comparison. Order a new HP black cartridge.
Never did install the blue cartridge !
What a complete waste of money ?? only HP cartridges from now on.

Arrived damaged.
The cartridge arrived damaged, a dent in the fuser roller (?). It produces yellow streaks across the paper.

Works in my HP laser printer perfectly
Works in my HP laser printer perfectly. I used knockoffs for a while but the laser drum got dirty and I had to wipe it down and stop using them. Once I put in the new HP it was all cleared.

The Toner cartridge I get from HP are great. The only problem I have that is new is getting them after I order them. This is the second time I had to request a re-order because The confirmation number they gave stated for 2 weeks that they still did not have the package!

Fantastic timing
Our printer ran completely out of yellow. I was told by Office Max if they were out, then probably other places were out too. That was the case as I actually placed an order with Staples and then it was canceled due to lack of supply.
As I printed some thing From my computer to my HP printer, A notice came up that said order yellow ink from HP directly. I did! Same price as supply stores and was told 3 to 13 days delivery time.
In four days the yellow ink cartridge was behind my door. And that was during the busy Christmas season. Thank you HP!

This cartdridge did not work.
This cartdride did not work. I spoke to a number of people trying to return the cartdridge. I finally got frustrated and hung up on someone. I will not purchase products on line because if one is defective you can't get a replacement

HP Toner LaserJet Toner cartridges are easy to install, don’t get ink all over your hand, and are delivered in a timely fashion so you don’t run how. I also like that they provide labels so that you can recycle responsibly.

Great product - expensive
Have used this in a MFP276 NW since 2013, product works well, this review is for the costs. These only seem to be used on 2 models of HP multi function devices. They used to cost $60 each in 2013, now they're almost $100 each. $400 to replace 4 cartridges, I didn't even pay that for the printer. Will have to consider changing to something more cost effective.

Good Toner, but too expensive
I am fine with having to buy OEM LaserJet cartridges from HP, but the cost seems too expensive, when considering a refill. I recommend that HP provide a credit for unused cartridges or to have them refilled by dealer.

Easy to order, arrived in no time at all, took out of box, pulled out plastic and tape off cartridge carrier where needed, and installed. No hassles or problems. Turned on printer and was ready to go. Then put old cartridge in same box, sealed and returned at HP's cost for the postage. Very easy process and there is no mess at all. Very simple to do! Very happy with cartridge and color.

I think that it is irresponsible for hp to charge such extremely high prices for a refill cartridge when they print fewer pages than the one that was included with the purchased printer. Please lower the price or make it equal. kathy

I ordered a toner for my HP printer. I was kept informed every step of the way. When it was ordered, shipped and delivered. I was concerned that I had not received the toner when I received an email saying it was delivered. I called HP, spoke to a live person and got immediate action locating the toner. The product seems to work fine, but I do not appreciate the continual needling to do a review. This is an annoying aspect of shopping online. Robots can do an amazing work of needling. This works fine for execs who want to increase productivity, but it puts more work on the consumer. With everyone doing it, it gets bothersome.
