Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problematic if converting from subscription program This ink cartridge did not work when I installed it. Apparently the reason is because I cancelled the ink subscription. Finding the solution for this issue was extremely difficult. Executing the fix didn’t work the fist time either, but finally was able to get it printing again. Very, very frustrating. Also, this is called an high yield cartdridge yet indicates a lower capacity than the standard subscription cartridge. Barely makes the one star rating.

It is 11/27 I have yet to get the refill and HP reps have been giving me the run around when trying to determine what happened. They referred me to DHL with a tracking number DHL did not recognize. As a result I have a printer I cant use. Very disappointed about HP responsiveness to customer needs! Sad

HP was to give me a credit on the returned ink. I sent it off a few days ago, so you haven't received it yet. I have an email that you were going to credit the return on the new order that I placed for my new printer.

When I tried to install the cartridge I realized it was not the correct cartridge for my printer. When I called customer service they said HP doesn’t make one for my printer anymore. I then went to Office Max and got the correct printer cartridge. Educate your customer service personnel.

And if need be, the hp customer reps are very patient in providing instructions or remote control assistance, for those of us who find these devices most challenging. It is good that I came over to hp (from another printer company).

I wish I can return for full refund. I strongly suggest not buying the printer
