Customer With 2 Drum Kits
When I ordered toner for my printer, twice in a row, HP sent me the drum kit. The first time, I just kept it and reordered toner. This time, I called HP and asked them to explain why, when i order toner online, it automatically defaults to the drum kit. I still do not see, in the online ordering process, what goes wrong with me clicking OK after I specified TONER and when I receive the drum kit instead. My advice is to call in and order it through a person.

throw away printer?
i ordered the wrong thing? i needed a toner cartridge and they sent me an imagining drum? not sure why this happened but in the ordering process i guess i got the wrong information? so i have to keep replacing drum and cartridge?

Toners for MFP130nw
I bought this toner because of the 12000 sheets it said it could print.. Ink was showing low, replaced it ,but didn't make a difference. Ink still showing low? This printer apparently takes two cartridges, when I replaced the other cartridge 17A, the printer message low ink disappeared, so what is the purpose of the 19a toner in this printer and how does it yield 12000 prints. It seems a waste of money to even buy this toner(19a) but the other 17a toner prints less pages and i bought the 19a because of its higher yield...which doesn't even seem to work! Disappointed cause now I have 19a toners when I need the 17a ones to get my printer to print! The cost to run this printer(MFP130nw)is very costly! Disappointed indeed!!

I installed the part and it did not remedy the poor ink quality. I contacted HP. Their technician was unable to resolve the problem. It was under warranty. HP sent me a new printer. How can I give your laser jet drum a satisfactory rating?

That my printer accepts 17 as well as 19A. Also when I went to Staples they had neither in the store or on line. Delivery took 3 weeks.

I need to return the product. Once I receive it, I realized that I needed a 32A Drum not the 19A drum that was sent. I followed the product line when I ordered, so I am disappointed that I am still waiting to get my printer back online.

I bought the cartridge a month ago to install in a recently purchased HP printer for which the toner had just run out. I installed the cartridge yesterday. All documents printed had a 3" wide streak of toner up/down the page. This streak appeared on the entire document printed. The dealer from whom I bought the printer, gave me a new printer, but I have a toner cartridge which cost $77 which remains unused/unuseable. I do not want to risk putting this cartridge in my new printer and will return it to HP.

Disappointed
I purchased this item, installed and was disappointed. It streakes down the middle on every printed item or copy. Now it looks to be printing lightly. It seems to be out of powder already and maybe has 500 sheets through it.
