genuine toner works best
I really like my HP Color Lasejet, had it for 10 years, but the toner is expensive. (HP will love this) I tried some cheaper toner, but it looked all washed out. I tried in vain to find an .icc file for this printer. I was faced with either just using this as a monochrome laser, or getting the expensive toner, and I chose the latter. It went in easily, and instantly the color was as good as ever. I'm glad they still stock the parts.

I ensure that the printer cartridges I purchase are from the same company that manufactured my printer - HP. In the past, use of printer cartridges from another company had led to printer malfunction and demise.

Prefer using HP toners for a HP printer
My HP printer works better with HP toners. However, the old cartridges that I left out for the carrier were not picked up. And, to my dismay while loading the cartridges in my car, I lost my car key. Please instruct the carrier to pick up old toners if they are kept aside for pick up. Thanks.

Not new toner after all.
I purchased the toner directly from the HP site and was dismayed to install them and have the printer say they are used! At the price I paid they should be new!

Pathetic
I bought this 2 weeks ago and am told gotta wait another week. Their Webpage says 3-5 days, they lie. It’ll be 18 days! No response from Support other than “too bad, so sad”. And I’m moving 35 miles away.

Great product, when I can afford it
I have been using HP 305A toner sets for well over a decade. Find them expensive, I tried third-party alternates, but gave up on that after a while because nothing worked as well. I just wish they were less expensive! My compromise has been to print nearly everything in Black and White, saving the colour for special occasions.
