The only negative is getting each of the cartridges out of the bubble wrap. I suppose that's needed to keep the quality until use. The positive is the ability to return the used cartridges by UPS free. This is the most annoying survey I've ever completed ... you don't allow certain nicknames, I have to re-enter my e-mail every time I have to make a correction. If you want feedback, simplify your survey requirements.
