I have a newer model printer of the models this toner is for. I don't know how this ended up in my search for toner for my particular model.

Found some instructions online about how to clean the print rollers in my printer and cleaned them. Replaced them with genuine HP ink cartridges and everything works as they should. Suggestion: Include instructions on how to clean the print rollers with the cartridges, so customers don't have to search for how to information. I gave a 4-star rating because the first HP customer service person I spoke with said my printer was out of warranty and I need to buy a new printer. My printer may be out of warranty, but it's in almost pristine condition and I didn't need to spend hundreds of dollars for a new printer. The HP ink cartridges alone were a tad over $500.

We switched back to official HP toner cartridges and have never been disappointed. Great quality in every print. We're able to print photos again too that look fantastic. We appreciated the included return label to send back the old cartridges for free as well.

Purchased ink refills and these were sent promptly and I had no problem with them, In addition I purchased a Microsoft program (365) and somehow (my error? perhaps) and the email I received from HP for securing it to upload, etc. was lost. Requested a second copy of instructions and have yet to hear squat.

Laser printer kept shutting down with every print job and needed to be restarted. Did a restart but when sent another print, it errored out and shut down again. Needed to return the refills and get a new printer. I remember when printers used to last over 5+ years with heavy use (i.e. Laser III).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from waterproof! I was cleaning out our air conditioner return line and left it overnight. That part of the garage got flooded with water and the box of toners completely soaked. Fortunately they're in waterproof canisters so they stayed dry. Haven't tried them in the printer yet but hopefully they work.

They are true to the colors. Someone wrote the Color Laser printers are not very good at pictures; that is not true with my printer and HP toner. Economical in the four pack...save some money!

The pack came with black, cyan. magenta, and yellow. Now to give you some specs on them, they are to produce ink for 300 pages each. They are designed to work with the hp printer to give amazing quality. Now from that statement, i can back that the quality is top notch and beats all. I never had to worry about blurry fronts or smearing. It delivered on the goods. Now the price point can be scary, but the money you will save in the long run out weighs that. Plus can you imagine having that much reliability at your fingers tips?? Can You??? Well I can and I do.

I order directly from HP because of an issue I had with toner from the retailer I purchased my HP printer from. I was getting blue streaks on my printed pages and I looked on HPs self help and it said that the issue was with the toner. I ordered the Blue toner directly from HP and everything worked great! I now order all my toner from HP.

I use the printer that these toner cartridges are installed in at home, and I've gotten several years of use out of the original toner that came with the printer. The only thing that keeps me from rating this with 5 stars is the high cost.

Our business relies on a HP Color LaserJet and to ensure that it is always available, we always have spare toner. We don't want to mess around with non-OEM toner, as I've tried it in the past and it has caused issues. The multi-pack makes it easy to stock. We highly recommend the HP Toner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New cartridges solved an issue The old cyan and magenta cartridges on my HP printer left horizontal lines in the printed pages, so I am very happy that spending a few hundred dollars on new cartridges solved a problem I had spent hours troubleshooting. It might have been nice to have received a recall notice on the cartridges that came with my HP printer when it was new. But these cartridges print correctly, and I guess it's no big deal that the old ones were not empty when I had to change them out for properly functioning ones. It's only money!

The prices were good and on par with those I compared them to, along with the free shipping it made it very convenient. The shipping was fairly quick, on time and easily tracked. I was very satisfied with the cartridges that came with the unit. Therefore, I decided to not be cheap by purchasing generic cartridges. I have always had good luck with HP inkjet printers. I am very satisfied with this color laser. It is an awesome printer for my graphic design business. I primarily use it for water slide decals and t-shirt transfers. I print hundreds of pages for my job a week and it was really adding up, this just saved me loads of both time, money, and energy. I do not have to worry about running out now, especially for last minute jobs. The sign up is quick and easy, and so is the shipping. Happy for notifications since now I never have to worry about when I am getting low, they do it for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cartidges cost more than the printer! I purchased a printer and ordered the first replacement toner cartridges. I was shocked to find out they cost the same as a new printer. I guess I should just buy a new printer each time the toner runs out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product for premium prints!! Since I have started using this toner, the images which I print out of my printer are more vivid and life-like. The clarity has improved a lot and the pictures seem like premium image quality. I would recommend this to anybody in the market looking for toner for their related printer. This does cost a bit more than usual but its certainly worth it for the quality.
