Wrong fit for old fax
Unfortunately hp no longer carries the cartridge needed for an old but good fax/copier. Customer service identified what was thought to be a compatible cartridge, but it wasn't. Found compatible cartridge elsewhere (a remix).

Fresh Ink
So nice getting fresh ink. March of 2015, more than 2 years into the future. The other stores sell ink that is less than two years from expiration, and sometimes less than a year.

You don't pay attention
I had already replied to a review request, but it is apparent you did not read it or did not like the negitive review of all of the HP products that I currently own. Your site led me to the wrong print cartridge (51604, I needed a 51640). My HP laptop is always updating and changing my settings inclulding my HP printer. My printer only prints color randomly not when I need it to. I will not purchase another HP product nor will I encourage anyone else also.
