Great features
My husband and I were interested in a device that would allow us to keep an eye on our pets while we were away. The HP 620 webcam was exactly what we were looking for. It has great clarity at a full 1080p HD, the ability to zoom, an adjustable camera angle and a microphone so we can also hear our pets.

Image quality is a little better than Integrated
The camera operates as advertised; happy with the picture and compatibility with Windows Hello. Easy to start using by just plugging in. Comes with a camera cover which is good for privacy. Doesn't improve your picture quality too much. Image quality is a little better than Integrated WebCam

I recently got a new desktop and it didn’t have a camera. I put this one on it and am very pleased. The picture quality is very good. The installation couldn’t be easier. It took longer to unbox it than it did to set up. Zoom meetings are a daily occurrence in my job and trying to run a Zoom meeting on a laptop when you are presenting is cumbersome and often frustrating. Now I can use my larger, dual screen setup and not worry. For the price, it will be hard to beat this camera.

This is so far a very great webcam. It has and shows pictures and videos in great focus. Excellent with HP 620 FHD. I recommend this to everyone who wants a great quality webcam. Very easy to use and take with you.

Nice Webcam!
This webcam is easy to use, even for a novice like me! I am extremely happy with the picture. Basically all you have to do is by just plug it in. The image quality is excellent. For the ease of use, quality and size, I highly recommend it anyone looking for a great webcam!

Set up instructions are WRONG
Thoroughly frustrated. The website and box say controls must be downloaded - but that info is NOT correct. HP went to Poly Lens w/o updating packaging or support. What a horrible experience!! Also, the fullest of settings must be accessed via poly lens - cannot adjust via Teams. Regret the purchase.

Easy Installation - Great Video
The HP620 FHD Webcam is a fine addition for those needing webcam services on a desktop. This webcam works wonderfully to support video on Zoom conferencing as well as on other platforms.
The ability to clamp to any size or width screen allows for mobility between different computer setups. The connection cable is certainly adequate to reach your USB port.
I did not encounter any issues upon installation with my PC immediately recognizing the new Webcam installation.

Amazing quality
This is a super slim webcam and the overall quality is stunning. I use this for a lot of different things and it makes everything so much easier knowing that the quality is perfect every time. I recommend this to anyone who needs to use a webcam for whatever reason.

I received this 620 FHD WEBCAM and i can say it shock me and gave me what I wanted with quality wow wow..I used it for zoom and I can say the auto focus is excellent and the noise reduction was a big plus and the facial recognition I'm gonna say thank you hp..

Perfect for bloggers or work from home meetings!
i now work from home and have a lot of zoom and other video meetings and was using the built in webcam on my laptop. ugh-bad sound, couldn’t move at all and it made me look fat(ter) and old(er). not happy. But my new HP 620 FHD video cam is fabulous! I have an HP laptop and connecting them was easy peasy, I am not a techy at all and it was easy.
easy and intuitive to use. I can pan, zoom, the color quality is great and it does not distort my face at all which is important. The feed is not grainy at all, very natural, amd the sound is natural. If you want to up your game I would get one of these!

User friendly
I got this for my husband who is a gamer. He said that the setup was super easy and that the camera was very user friendly. The picture is beautiful and high quality. It allows him to have a wide field of view.
