I have no issue with the printer cartridge except the length of time it took to receive it. I am used to getting ink in a day or two at most at the office but as a private individual, it took about a week. I don't understand why the difference in shipping times, especially since the office is only 5 blocks from my home. The office supply store did not have the needed size in stock so I had to go online to order one. But I am printing in color once again.

I bought it a month ago with an extra black ink. Worked for a week and ran out of ink. I replaced the black and apparently it won’t work if the colored is out. Ordered new ink on July 6, paid for 2-4 day shipping and received it July 14.

Works perfect, I had to purchase this one becauce hp wouldn't replace the bad color cartridge. I pay monthly for replacement as they depleat. I called into tech support, after using 30 sheets of paper the problem continued, and I called again, and actually I used more paper and the problem continue, so I'm stopping the payments and just purchase what I need when I need it. PS, the printer works fine now that I have a new cartridge. UnHappy Grandad of 6 Children, 17 Grand Children and 10 Great Grand Children, I Couldn't print their pictures which made them UnHappy

The ink cartridge is an ink cartridge give me a break. The printer (5000 series) is garbage! It wont connect to my network and that is the only reason it was purchased. Support is no help and my next purchase will DEFINITELY not be HP! Guess I'm going to Dell after 20 years of using HP products. That includes my laptop, and printer. Fairwell HP; Maybe you should do better. That also includes laptops for my 3 kids!

Why is it so hard to find a printer that actually works? We’ve had two or three printers from HP and each one quits working for us after a year or two. This one only lasted two months. When I replaced the color ($70 later) after it ran out initially, it printed streaky with NO black. The black ink hadn’t run out so really confused what happened.

Works okay, but I was confused
The color works fine but I really needed a black and white cartridge for my purposes. Sadly, I didn't remember that I actually needed two cartridges and "tri-color" made it sound like it was all I needed. Must have been a senior moment. Because of the pandemic, it took a long time for the color cartridge to arrive and now I'll wait even longer for the black and white.

The ink is great. only one problem!!!! you do not get enough sheet printed !!!! The black ink 65XL last longer than the color ink.I ordered from you , thought the cartridge would print more sheets than the ones purchased at the Walmart, no different. You need to increase the ink production.

Dead on arrival
My ink arrived from HP, and didn’t print cyan. After multiple troubleshooting attempts and both software and manual attempts to clean the print heads, I requested a replacement. It’s now been a week and a half and I still haven’t received a shipment notification from HP on when I can expect my ink replacement. Thanks HP. I’m dead in the water.

These new ink cartridges are all combined into one cartridge. If you run out of one color you just waste the rest of the other two colors by replacing it. My former HP printer used four cartridges. Three color and one black. I liked that arrangement much better.

HP ink is the BEST!!
My first HP Printer & ink was in 1990’s. In 2000s there was so many others that I tried a different brand. It was the worse mistake I could have made. Ink spilled and destroyed my work!! I’ll never buy anything other than HP brand again! HP knows what they are doing. HP are the experts when it comes to ink & printers! I made my wedding announcement with my HP & colors were brilliant our faces were so true and live that we may have jump out of the pic!! Lots of compliments too. People wanted a referral to a professional company but I explained get you a HP printer & ink. By the year 2014 very cost effective.

Way back purchased repurposed cartridges and not satisfied. Worked for a short while, but definately not worth the supposed savings. Now only buy real HP cartridges from HP directly. Free shipping also a nice feature. Never had a problem.

This machine replaced my ENVY 110, all in one. It is not as solid, nor as pretty. It does print faster I think and does us more ink seemingly. My main problem is that all documents must be converted to PDF before they can be printed; slows the process. Trying to prine directly produces a failure to recognize the printer-computer connection. The ENVY 110 had no such problem and printed directly from ALL documents!

B0ught my printer last fall and it is a good printer. I use the printer maybe 4 to 5 times each month, so I don't need a complex machine. The two cartridges cost several dollars more than the printer. I could buy a new printer every time I run out of ink.

Not a spring chicken and need to focus on projects; especially installing something new that could be somewhat complicated and frustrating so much so that I want to use a dang it doll! The color coated instructions and ease are sublime! This cartridge gave me trouble from the minute I installed it. I ordered it brand new, directly from HP and my printer wouldn't recognize it. After taking it in and out several times the printer finally acknowledged that a cartridge was installed but the print quality is terrible. No matter what color the image I try to print is, it comes out brown.

I bought this a few weeks ago, but have not needed to use it yet. My past experience with HP's cartridges show me that they are the best way to go. Inexpensive products from other suppliers have ended up many time as one giant headache.

HP65XL Tri-color Ink Cartridge
This ink cartridge is very simple to use from opening the package, removing the cellophane protection strip for the contacts, and inserting the new cartridge into the slot where you removed the old cartridge. Close the access door then go through the steps to align the heads.

Spent $60 on a 65XL cartridge pack for my brand new HPEnvy. It only printed 12 pages of color. Tri-color cartridge is now completely empty and this was not the test cartridge that came with the printer. Description stated, "up to 120 pages of color... website even states up to 300 pages.." Nope. You get 12 pages. Not happy with this purchase.

The ink does not last long. I was able to print 10 pages and now I'm out of ink again. It is the one downfall of HP inks and printers. Their ink isn't economical.

Prints good, cartridges don’t last long
We purchased this model because of its small footprint. It does save space. And that is important to us living full time in a motor home. The print quality is good. I have not tried the scanner. The standard ink cartridges don’t seem to last very long. I do like the wireless printing ability.

Cartridges are well worth paying for the XL
I normally buy direct from HP and have good results and fast shipping. This time it took 6 business days to get to me. I unfortunately had a report to get out so I had to go to Office Max to buy some while waiting for HP. The HP cartridges are far superior to re-fills you can buy for less.

This is a good quality product. However I can never give ink five stars. Nobody likes having to constantly replace expensive cartridges. I like HP (I used to work for them in the good old days), but I get annoyed every time I have to replace a cartridge.

The blue color is not working
I have only used HP cartridges on my HP printer. My most recent color ink cartridge does not print blue at all. After lots of attempts to troubleshoot on HP's horrible "support" page, I finally replaced it with a new color cartridge and it works. The ink levels were high so it was not due to low ink. Trying to get ahold of customer service at HP is very difficult (impossible?) which is quite frustrating. For the cost, I am disappointed in the inability to get a phone number or e-mail of customer service. The virtual assistant is not helpful.

I ordered color and black cartridges for my HP printer and they only delivered the color. Worse, they don't know when they'll have the black one. Hence my comment the printer is useless. it needs both cartridges to function. We'll have to buy another printer.

With the Pandemic printer ink cartridges are hard to find...I am completely out of black ink.....can’t print. I ordered fromHP. My first email COMFIRMED my order. A couple of days later I received and email that the BLACK cartridges were cancelled but the colored cartridges were on the way. Very annoying..I didn’t need colored ink but decided to pay the premium price and order both cases this situation is ongoing.

I originally subscribed to Instant Ink & decided it wasn't for me since I do not use the printer often. I then purchased ink cartridges from HP & now the printer will not recognize the cartridges. I've reached out to HP support to correct this but have not received any response.

Hp hasn't let me down yet! I use their ink cartridges, paper, and photo paper. I always get great results. We have 2 printers, both hp, but different models. We love them both. My daughter uses hers for school a lot and I use mine for printing photos and whatever else. These cartridges last a good while. Yes, they seem really pricey, but ink is always pricey and I never regret paying the amount for good ink.

HP has always been my favorite printers and ink. The colts are the best in my experience with HP ink and inks in other printers.

For the price, and being labeled "XL". One would expect it to last longer than a paltry 40 pages. I have tossed the printer out, bought a new Lexmark which delivers honest value.

The next business day shipping and delivery are the best around hands down! I've been buying my HP 65XL tri-color ink cartridges for about 3 years now and my only complaint is I wish that I would have started sooner. As for the ink, I use to buy after market brands. Boy was that a mistake! There is nothing out there that can compare to HP 65XL original ink cartridges...Hands down!

Extra large color ink cartridge
I have really enjoyed the accurate colors and clean results that come from using this 65XL ink cartridge in my HP Desket 2652. I have used this combination for a couple of years now. BTW, the 2652 goes a good job wirelessly.

All I did was order replacement ink cartridges. There was absolutely nothing complicated about this order. I ordered them from my computer. I did not speak to anyone. Some random person whom I have never met or some random automated robot filled this order. It got put in a box and it shipped out. So, really, you are fishing for compliments about this? What's really irritating is these countless emails you have sent me asking me to inflate your ego for a generic transaction. Going forward, I will take a few minutes to just walk into brick and mortar to avoid all these ridiculous emails. My biggest complaint with ink cartridges is that they do not hold much ink. I use draft print setting to try to make them last longer. Still need to replace cartridges every couple weeks. Very frustrating. Doubt that I am even getting 200 pages let alone the promised 300. I just replaced the black xl with another black xl, printed approximately 125-150 pages and already having to replace it. This is unacceptable.
I am not eligible for instant ink due to this printer not being on an internet/WiFi connection enough.

Expired ink cartridge...
I purchased this from HP thinking that it was a more guaranteed purchase than buying elsewhere. So I received my cartridge fairly quickly and started to use it, only to realize that the red ink wasn't working. Phoned HP...they have no option on the phone for returning an item, nor do they have one online. You have to go through a ridiculous virtual assistant. I don't want to talk to a computer..so I phoned. First time phoning, on hold for half an hour, hung up. Second time phoning the next day, they answered fast and spoke to a rep who went through her playbook. Nothing against her, she was doing her job, but they automatically think your printer is broken. Proceeded to tell her it's not my printer, definitely my ink cartridge. Realized after she asked me for the expiry date on the cartridge that it was 2 months expired...yes that's right...HP sent me an expired cartridge. Needless to say, they sent me a replacement and it arrived quickly but nothing was done to compensate me for my time and the fact that I needed that cartridge yesterday not tomorrow. Probably won't order from HP again...going to Costco.

The cartridges are fine. My only complaint is the outrageous price HP charges for replacement cartridges. My suggestion is buy a (non HP) printer where ink prices are reasonable and not an HP rip-off! Frankly, at theses prices HP does not deserve our business,

Red Printing Light Orange with HP 65 Tri-color Ink
I always use HP Original Ink Cartridges, however I have had an issue with the red printing very light orange on my HP ENVY 5055 printer with the last two Tri-color cartridges I received. All other colors seem to be printing correctly. Hopefully, this will not happen on the next cartridge.

The ridiculous price of ink
I have my doubts about how this cartridge will magically run out of all 3 ink colors at the same time. It will be wasteful for two of the three colors. Hard to be ok with waste given the ridiculous price of printer ink. Now HP screws you by not even supplying a real cartridge with your new printer. You get a low ink supply "Starter" cartridge. If you buy a black and color XL for most printers you could just about get a new printer for the price of those cartridges.

I tried one time the refilled ink cartridges, and they were not worth the savings. The ink quality was poor and they didn't last as long as genuine HP ink. So I always buy HP Ink cartridges, and always recommend them.

Worst Customer Service experience I have ever had
If I could give a 0 star I would. From the moment I installed the ink cartridge it did not print properly. I ran all of the diagnostics, cleaning, alignments, etc. When that still didn't resolve the problem the printer told me to Customer Service for a replacement. I wrongly assumed this would be an easy task. After hunting around forever for a contact number I was finally able to get in touch with CS. I explained my issue and hey refused to give me a replacement cartridge because it had been 36 days since I had purchased the cartridge, 6 days past the 30 day warrant. Even though I had documentation stating the cartridge was still at 100% ink levels and I had JUST installed it into my printer, they still refused. Gave me another CS number to call.. . After 50mins on hold I hung up.

Since this is a review of the ink it's obviously great and online tends to have the cheaper price. Sadly the shipping speed is lacking. If I could I would give it 0 stars. I had placed the order already and was then informed it would be late... it's supposed to take 2 business days and took almost two weeks. At that point I ended up going to Target and paying more for the ink. Atleast I have color ink for when I run out again.

These cartridges are way overpriced and way under filled! Hp doesn’t care what customers think about how every thing they do is to force customers to buy more. By either no longer supporting their printers, thus forcing another printer purchase or by putting so little ink in their cartridge it runs out way to quick. Thus giving their customers this dilemma, either you purchase way overpriced ink cartridges or spend a few dollars more to get a new printer. Btw the landfill nearest to me charges me to get rid of the old printer. Any way I cut it, hp has made me reluctantly face the reality of needing to discontinue my decades long relationship with them.

I'd tried after market refills they didn't always work. Also tried the HP cartridges from Sam's club and they didn't always work. The ones from HP seem to always work, The local stores that carry HP cartridges always seem to be out of the ones I use.

I hate that I have to keep buying these every time I need to print something. There’s obviously something wrong with this printer but I have no HP support and everyone on the forums act like this is normal. My husband’s printer still prints, even if he doesn’t print often. Why doesn’t mine?

HP Instant Ink needs internet to work
I haven’t installed this cartridge but figure it will work fine. I may never need it because I now have internet and HP’s Instant Ink program can contact my printer and send me all the cartridges I need for my one low monthly fee. I ordered this cartridge because it took three months to get internet at my new home. HP Instant Ink shut down one of my printers because it couldn’t communicate until I got internet.

The quality of the ink is top notch, but the price is too high for how many color photo type prints one can get out of a cartridge, partly because the different colors get used up unevenly, and when even one gets too low, the whole cartridge is no longer useful.

The only thing that I'm NOT HAPPY about is, there is no envelope for me to use and mail back the empty cartridge!!!! My question is this. If you are so concerned about putting the empty cartridge into a regular trash, why is HP NOT GIVING THEIR CUSTOMERS THE ENVELOPE!!!!

You screwed up. I ordered a two pack with both black and tri-color cartridges. The cost was $40 roughly for the two. You sent a XL tri-color. Now I can dork around and sent it back or order a black XL cartridge to get the work done asap which is what I need. I also have to spend another $40 for the second cartridge which I can frankly NOT afford. Not impressed with your follow though.

I buy from HP because my printer is so aggressive about enforcing the expiration date and origin of my cartridges, and has rejected HP cartridges that I bought through Amazon. Probably because they sat on the shelf too long. So I am strongarmed into buying from HP. Looking for another brand of printer that doesn't play the same games that HP plays to enhance their revenue.

My order took half a month!
My order took 16 days to get to me. It supposedly shipped the day after I placed the order, then got to a facility in California where it sat for 12 days before it moved to me 500 miles away. I got no communication from HP nor response to my emails. I will never again order directly from the HP site. I should’ve received it in 3 days tops! And the customer service was completely lacking. Terrible.

Defective order and poor customer service
One of the cartridge I received is defective. One was working perfectly, one is missing Colors! It’s impossible to contact anyone at HP directly! Your virtual agent is not working well and provide wrong answers! I troubleshoot everything. The problem is the cartridge but now I have to spend I don’t know how long on a call waiting for someone to answer to try to get a refund!!! There is no easy way to contact you! After spending 2 hours wasting my time for an defective problem, considering never order from HP again and change printer! If I have to go through that every time, I don’t want HP products

The ink cartridge is fantastic. Ordering online was relatively easy. I live in Victoria. The cartridge shipped from Mississauga. So I received it 12 days after I ordered it. I should’ve just got it from Staples.

Product was great as usual. I ordered from HP directly this time and was shocked at the savings compared to buying at Walmart Staples or Best Buy. They were at least $10 cheaper buying directly. And quick! I’m gonna be doing this from now on.

Finding what I wanted
it was good to find 65XL cartridges in individual packs instead of packaged with black ink. I don't know why singles are so hard to find in stores, on Amazon, etc., but at least I know where to go now

If purchased online takes 25 days to deliver....Canada post service terrible. Nothing wrong with the ink...Was told by the local Staples salesman that the item was out of stock and should order online for 3 or 4 day delivery....How about 3 or 4 weeks.
