Today a Granddaughter stopped by from college and she got it. Then I messed up the black ink. I scraped some of the readers off. So I'll have to buy a black cartridge. I wouldn't want to buy this printer again, just because of the complicated set up.

I find I am changing my cartridges constantly and I make less than 200 copies per month. Today my cartridge settings showed that I had enough ink left but it wouldn't print in red or blue and I was forced to change it to a new one. now that I gave bought this printer, I am stuck with the ink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All in one at a great price The printer does everything: prints, scans, and copies documents. It also has wireless capability, so you can print from your cell phone or iPad. There is a wizard to help you with the set-up. I was all set up and good to go in about an hour. One caveat is that the scanning is manual. If you have multiple pages to scan, you have to set each one on the glass top one at a time, as the feed in the back is only for paper copies. But for small batches, it’s fine. The printer doesn’t take up a lot of space. It is a great buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for small to med paper use Well Iife alone has been real busy, adding all events around COVID19 So I so sorry for not having the time I need to get in hooked to wifi. I will say this small and compact. Hp I think is #1 in printers, not to mention they excel in customer Service 'or at least did when having to go from windows 98 to 7 in which my printer before my 4300 all-in-one wasn't compatible. I never forget the man's name was Hugo he went beyond great customer service and trusted me to send mine back after he sent me one. Perfect! All the sudden oh maybe 5 years later my fax portion didn't work anymore. It was then I bought this. Its a great printer for a student. But personally like the paper on the bottom in where it takes more. I am disabled retired and read and print a lot. I didn't see small All in ones with faxes on then. I do miss this feature especially during a time doctors and others don't want you to bring paper, so it is a GREAT feature. I'm not sure if I can deal with loading paper all the time. I still complensating if I want to take time to try and exchange it.

Not only did they have it in stock but it was the least expensive out of the 7 different stores I tried including Walmart!!! I will be buying all of ink and supplies directly from HP from now on!!!!!

My only complaint is find a better way to reach Humans for answers to questions. It is a maze trying to get a human voice on the phone to assist with any help. Don’t get to big HP so you not accessible to your member base. Other than that good job on the ink!

He was not complimentary to HP products-no anger-thats the way it is..Too little ink in the cartridges- not allowed to use generric ,but only genuine HP inks in HP products.Their perogative.. I got a brand new HP printer #4155 came with two very short supply starter inks (#67) When placed in the printer,before even using Printer for any printing,printer ink read out said 90%..Very wery strange way to maintain a clientele with all the competion it has from BROTHER,Canon,Ibson,etc..Ity is difficult to understand the modus operendi of HP with the skimping on inks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't bother with HP. Just go to Wal-Mart Haven't gotten them yet so I'm reviewing HP ordering and delivery over the actual product itself. I ordered on Nov. 5th. It's now the 15th and not only have I not gotten my ink yet, there's no delivery estimate available. I ordered on a Thursday and checked that following Saturday and it said it would be delivered by the end of business that day. Well, then on Monday it said something about the barcode being unreadable and now it's taking days at a time to move from one sort facility at a time. I'm sorry that i ordered my ink from HP directly. It only saved me like, $6 over buying from Wal-Mart or an office supply store but I thought I would give it a shot and now I'm very much regretting it. I've needed this ink this entire time and still do and I've got something like $80 wrapped up in this now so I don't want to go to Wal-Mart to buy some while I wait for whatever archaic delivery service HP has decided to use to finally get my order to my house. I think they attached my order to a squirrel with a hand written note of where it needs to be and just released him into the wild to fend for himself and traverse great distances between HP and my house. That has to be what they did because there's really no way possible that they sent my ink via any sort of reputable delivery service. If they had, it would have gotten here over a week ago and still in a timely manner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not entirely satisfied I had great difficulty getting my new printer to connect for the auto delivery of ink. So I ordered ink on my own just to have it on hand. After I received the ordered inks, my printer finished connecting and started the Instant Ink plan. When my color cartridge needed replacing, I first used the ink cartridge I purchased separate from the Instant ink plan. However, I was not able to remotely print anything until I replaced that cartridge with the one that came from the Instant Ink plan. So now I have a full wanted set of color and black ink cartridges that I cant use. Very dissatisfied and disappointed how this works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not buy an "Instant Ink" printer from HP BEWARE HP "Instant Ink" deal and associated printers! If you cancel the subscription, as I did, it will disable your printer, and also remove your access to actual customer support and diagnostic tools. It will also not allow you to use the ink cartridges that YOU PURCHASED with the subscription, once you cancel, those cartridges will error code your printer and need to taken out. When I cancelled, on the 1st of the next month my printer's error lights light up, no devices could print to it, and the app simply said there was an error and will not be able to print. Nothing more, no remedy, nothing on the website, bots running me around in circles, and diagnostics were disabled on the app. Once I figured out that my bricked printer was being held hostage by HP, I reinstated my subscription at the lowest level, and my printer instantly "fixed" itself, and all is good. I would have to assume the HP is violating at least one or two consumer protection laws, and I can't wait to be part of the class action lawsuit.

In the stores were also out of those same ink that's why I ordered online because I thought I would receive it fast. The product is fine but it was stuck in Tennessee for a week and took too long to ship. If it says I will receive it in three days and I should receive it in three days.
