If you can buy a bundle, if not, the value is still worth it. Ink is expensive, and that's a fact. So in this case I highly recommend the 902XL over the standard 902 in terms of value for price.

I am out of yellow ink and now can't use the printer. I tried an off-brand replacement, but the printer won't let me install them. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY SELLS A PRINTER AND THEN DISCONTINUES THE INK A FEW MONTHS LATER?????????? DON'T BUY HP IF YOU WANT TO USE IT MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS AND HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER PRINTER.

Four different colors, except I mistakenly ordered a XL906 Black instead of the usual XL902 black. I sure wish that the HP Store would have caught this error in advance. Since my HP Office Jet Pro can't use the XL906 type toner. The HP Store went ahead and sent me the XL 906 black toner. After unsuccessfully trying to contact the HP by phone. I had to go back and check on the original orders, glad I didn't delete them. I caught my mistake, and I was able to return the XL906 black to the HP Store. They in turn will recredit back to my credit account.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Orange cover I have one word for all three cartridges and also the black one. Redesign the orange protective cover for the ink port so it is easier to remove. My neighbor, a male, used al his strength to remove the covers so I could replace the cartridges in my computer. I have complained about this orange cover for years and yet you do nothing about it. It shouldn't take a 350 pound line backer (that is not my neighbor) to remove the cover.

Hopefully HP can start producing 902 and 902 XL ink cartridges in enough quantity and quality to keep every one in operating order. For putting up with this shortage there should be a big discount for every consumer who purchased an HP printer using these cartridges on ink purchases

It would have been very helpful not to have to reorder several days later. Hope this is something you can offer in the future.

I wanted to purchase a multi pack of four colors but was forced to purchase individually because HP was “out of” their own product forcing me to pay more individually and if that weren’t enough, the colors arrived one at a time days from one another which was hard to keep track of. I personally would rather have HP waited till they had them all in stock at the same time and shipped it all at once.

Customer service/virtual agent is a circular chat system that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to talk to human. I paid a lot of $$ for hp cartridges and have spent SOOOO much time trying to get them to work. Not impressed!

The suggestion was to approach Hewlett-Packard direct me to get this this particular color that was on a shortage list.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yellow Ink Cartridge This was easy to order and arrived. However installing it is not. Everything went fine until I tried to remove the orange tab on the cartridge. So far, no success. Forcing it seems likely to break it so I now must ask my son-in-law to try. If that doesn't work, then I have to return it and start over. Also I only use black ink but this printer requires all color cartridges to be working. So I still can't use my printer. As they say in baseball, a long run for a short slide.

I had to order one because I did not have a way to get in touch to get a replacement. Delivery is quick and easy but communications are bad. I still need a replacement.
