It performs very well for this function. I'm able to open a few web pages to look up reference material, download it for local use and connect to my ham radio for emergency email over-the-air communications. This laptop is not good for gaming or for heavy duty work, but it certainly fits my needs.

I wanted a small printer so that I did not have to go upstairs to my office when I wanted to print a document from my iPad. Good bargains should bring on suspicion, especially at my age. I couldn’t make the printer work. After an experienced technician worked for three hours he quit for the evening and came back the next day. After an hour, he quit, telling me it wouldn’t work. I didn’t believe him and called tech support. We got it to work but it was a 8 step process each time I needed to print. I found others on line, called HP support because I wanted to be certain that I could make it work. One of the best moves I ever made. Got a great printer, expert help that answered all of my questions, and a extended toner cartridge that will bring my single copy price under $.035. HP printers are the best. I should have learned that long ago!

Every time I print something I get repeated warnings that the ink cartridge is low. I have made several attempts to reset the unit and no luck contacting customer service with HP

I have not counted (Is there a way to check? A counter?) But I would be very surprised to learn that I got even 500 pages. Instead, it arrived on July 8 - almost three weeks from ordering. This also means that HP Smart continuously pops up with messages to order EVERY TIME I print. Yes, I am still irritated and have a very low opinion of HP after years of ordering everything from desktop computers to faxes to printers. NOT HAPPY!

Whats dissappointing: The number of text pages printed has been quite a bit less than the alleged, as advertised, approximately 2800 page capacity, using a HP M118dw printer (mostly 600dpi resolution). Interestingly my HP Laserjet 1200 gets nearly the entire, as advertised, 3500 pages (600 dpi) of text documents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've got my fingers crossed. The jury's still out on this HP94X print cartridge I just got. The last one was faulty from the day I got it. It was on official HP cartridge in the original box. I got it at a reputable local office supply store. When I installed it, my printer kept telling me the ink cartridge was low! I did some troubleshooting, found out this was a fairly common problem, tried reinstalling it, but none of the suggested tricks fixed the problem. So basically, I spent $100 on that cartridge and finally really did run out, but it lasted about 1/3 as long as the original one I purchased and I've printed less. That's with me nudging it along and ignoring "replace cartridge" messages every single time I printed. I'm hoping it was just a faulty cartridge. This time I ordered a replacement directly from HP so if it's faulty I can go straight to the horse's mouth.

I sent a request to exchange my cartridge and I am still waiting for the exchange. In the meantime, my printer is printing light. with graphs that are not readable I am very disappointed. I thought that when I ordered from HP that would give me the best quality and service. I am believing that this will be resolved but I am still waiting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from did not get my money's worth I purchased a genuine HP 94x cartridge and installed it 11/1/22. I have printed 454 pages and now received a message that the cartridge supply is very low! The description shows an estimated supply of 2200 - 2800 pages. I am VERY disappointed in this product. I always thought HP was better that this. I bought my printer hoping I wouldn't have to keep buying cartridges all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what is supposed to. Bought this at the best price for an OEM cartridge. Works well. The print is very crisp. I don't quite get 2800 sheets per cartridge, but I also print sheets with a lot of text and sometimes graphics which reduces the number of sheets per cartridge

I used to use a printer that used 2 of the smaller square ink things and I was literally having to buy ink about once a week because of the volume of printing that my business started to do. Now with this I only have to buy ink once every 1 to 2 months!! And the kicker-it costs less than the ink that I was getting that only lasted for a week or less. Thank you HP!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good, but Yield Disappointing GOOD: Toner Ctg provides clear crisp pages with resolution in all print quality (resolution). VERY BAD: The estimated number of text pages printed is quite a bit less than advertised (approximately 2,800 page yield capacity) using a HP M118dw printer. I just purchased the cartridge in April and now its empty with 1,900 pages printed. Haven't had that problem in the past. Hopefully, the new cartridge just installed will perform better than the last one. Disappointing HP!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 94X does last twice as long We are a small company and tried to keep costs low by purchasing an off brand of print toner and it did not last a full month, plus left streaks on our pages. We went with the regular 94 and it lasted about 3 months which was super. We most recently tried the 94X and it has so far lasted longer than the regular 94, but we haven't gotten to the end of its life so can't say how long it will actually last for us, but to this point, it seems well worth it.

So after I purchased the wrong toner for my laserjet (website made it confusing for some reason), HP quickly and painlessly helped me swap for the correct toner. To me that really makes HP a kicka** company! The print quality is still just as good as when I got the printer, but will this high yield cartridge last ~2800 pages? We shall see...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP, check your recent toner production This is the second time of buying this toner but unlike the first one, this was so bad that it spoilt my printer and it's drawing lines all over the print out and wiping out a larger portion of it. I had to buy a deskjet printer from a competitor as a make shift due to the time-bound situation I was in.
