I usually use the XL version but this time I went with the standard cartridge because I lost the ability to print green shades and did not want to resolve the issue with more expensive cartridges. The HP OfficeJet Pro had not been used for 3.5 months while I was in the hospital. I first replaced the Magenta cartridge followed by the yellow and cyan and all was back to normal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Printers ans Ink full of DRM Our HP printer never worked well but with some work from us each time we got it working but with a recent update to their software the printer will only accept HP ink and even then the printer still won't work anymore. Don't buy HP products they use DRM that forces you to buy their overpriced ink cartridges and their software updates break more than they fix.

I used your online help and followed all the steps for ink system failure. That is when I purchased an ink cartridge from HP on Dec 28, 2020. It arrived quickly, and I replaced my old cartridge. I still was having an issue and at the next step I was advised to replace the printer cartridge latch which costs about $169.00. I can buy, according to your website, a brand new all-in-one printer for $169.00, which includes 6 month free ink. HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer w/ 6 months free ink through HP Plus 1K7K3A#B1H Part number: 1K7K3A#B1H ENERGY STAR • Print, Copy, Scan, Fax • Print speed ISO: Up to 20 ppm black, up to 10 color • 35-page auto-document feeder • HP+ model includes 6 months free ink and 2-yr warranty. See requirements. Tech spec $169.99 A friend has graciously lent me her spare printer until I decide what it is I want to do about my HP printer. I am truly disappointed with the short lifespan of my Hewlett Packard. The printer was bought for my personal use. I am retired and mainly work on my genealogy. The printer was well taken care of and I imagined it would last for many years. I also now have a new useless ink cartridge which I paid $29.31 including tax and no printer to use it with. It makes no sense to purchase the latch for such a high price with no guarantee that will solve the issue.

I have yet to install it because most of my printing has been black and white.

I had to wait 7 days and couldn't use my printer for days. I could easily buy this ink other websites or any store around me. This kind of 3-5 business day delivery system that takes apx.1 week cannot compete with other leading online stores that also have the same products with similar prices.

" according to the printer it will only accept CN047AE or A z20 cartridges. I was told if I ordered at your store you would send the correct cartridges.

So we had to buy few cartriges but the problem persists. The cartriges are great, we only need a good printer.

And i dont have to wait 3 days to get my product. SO YOU ARE OUT !!!!!
