Very convenient, delivered to my door in 2 days and in hands in time to replace the exhausted cartridge. And the convenience is not offset by higher costs than a purchase from a retail store.

PRINT ISSUES
I got a full cartridge set of colors, first time trying the XL option. The print quality was inconsistent and sometimes very poor. In just a week of using it the printer starting to display an error message that there was a problem with the printer or ink system. Can't help thinking the issue is related to using the new XL cartridges... Need to shop for a new printer and and hopefully be able to use the $500 worth of cartridges with it.

Great product except price is high
The product works fine and seems to have give decent print production by way of # of copies. The online purchase and the delivery were straightforward. Only 4 stars because of cost. The cartridges seem very expensive. I feel lucky that there was a promotion on when I needed to buy one.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! Great quality ink, but wow, the price literally increased by $100. I only buy HP Genuine Ink, but it is getting extremely hard to afford HP 971XL at current prices. Please please do something about these ridiculously overpriced ink cartridges!
