Having Paper Tray is helpful
Adding the Paper Tray really helps with the flexibility of using the printer without having to switch papers in the only drawer that comes with the printer.

Worked perfectly the first time.
This is a great addition to our new HP Color LJ Pro 4301fdw Printer. Once it was installed and paper was added, it worked without any problems. Having 550 pages stored will cut down on the probability of user error when reloading.

8-1/2 x 14 Optional Tray for Multi-Function Printers
It's pretty ridiculous to purchase an optional tray for 8-1/2 x 14 paper, only to find out the tray will not completely close. For all of your technology and money, you think a company like HP would be able to come up with something better.

Only part of the printer that works lol
This is the only part of the printer that actually works and well. However, I would never recommend the printer it’s attached to being the MFP 4301DW, that has to be the single most disappointing product I’ve ever purchased in my life…and I bought 3 of them! Returning the product will be even a bigger nightmare

good but issues
good overall printer. Shipping was an issue - purolator came and left as I was not home - and no notice was given (and it was delivered 2 days prior to expecting same) - and as such I had to go to purolator to pick it up - not fun/poor service! As well, the paper tray is misleading - as I wanted to put legal paper in the tray and it sticks out (i.e. extends outside of the printer body) - which was NOT disclosed on the materials when reading it!! Not a professional looking printer. a bit disappointed.
