Freeze up issues
Disappointed, it is brand new and its constantly freezing up. The fan kicks on full blast and it freezes. I have to force it to shut off. Spent way to much money to be having this problem.

Unhappy with the purchase
I bought four of these laptops at the recommendation of the sales agent at HP. Just out of the box, two of them do not boot up at all. My IT company said they are defective. So I guess there’s a 50% chance you might get one that will turn on.
